I have been with spectrum for 8 years and will never go back to them again. At one point I had all three services and they kept uping the price with no explanation as to why. So for about a year I only had internet. Today I called to disconnect service and they customer representative kept on giving me petty laughs and condescending remarks because I wanted to disconnect my service to the point I lost my cool. It should not be that hard to provide customer service without the attitude I was getting. I will not be going back to Spectrum.

Very pleased with the service we received. We spoke with Ryan Hawks who was very professional and knowledgeable about Spectrum services and products. We are saving $60.00 a month by switching our cell phones service from AT & T and adding internet.
AT&T is a good cell phone provider, but they are increasing their prices.
We would recommend Spectrum.

terrible customer service, they make it extremely hard if you want to upgrade or get a new phone I had to go back and forth now going on 3 days first day they told me I had to wait until my payment is paid which was due the next day second day they told me to call and to make sure that my payment is no longer pending I called and they said it wasn't I drive up there and then they told me they still can't do it to come tomorrow they don't have no trouble taking your money but they don't care if you go back and forth waste your time and money even after working all day at work I'm considered just canceling the upgrade and going to someone else.
So update just left the Asheboro spectrum and now I got to go back for the fourth time they got to make another ticket so I can get my eligible upgrade because they got a glitch in their system but that don't even offer anyone to discount for their mistake not even the time and the gas money I drove back and forth now going four time

How can you have a place of business that customers are at this facility for a period of time for phone setup etc and have NO PUBLIC restroom!!!

Quick and easy even with a decently busy store. Workers handled a person treating them badly and cursing with class and professionalism.
Highly recommend this store.

I came in right before closing to switch my router and modem out and Ryan was extremely helpful, he didn’t make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience for coming in so late, he got me switched to their phone plan as well which will be very helpful for me! I would definitely recommend coming here for whatever you need and make sure you get Ryan, he’s great!

I returned my box. The associate walked my box out set it on my vehicle and walked away. I put it on the curb. She said she will not process my account because " I did not turn it in." But I did. She walked it back out and put it on my vehicle! Now they have put it on my credit that I did not turn it in . This store is awful. You're good to stay away and use your cell data if can or AT&T or Verizon. Very unprofessional store. Very rude and she was never held accountable. They still allow her or did allow her to keep her job. This happened a while ago. I have just now calmed down to where I could post the review with out being as disrespectful as the customer service rep was. No need to respond spectrum with your robo "So sorry you had a bad experience " because you will NOT fix your issues. I already called your number to complain and you said you couldn't do anything with out the recit in which the clerk did not give me because SHE WALKED MY BOX BACK OUT AND SET IT ON MY CAR!

This place is a joke. The employees are on their phone and not helping customers and the wait time is to long. This place needs to be under new management where as they can get the customers out faster
