The employees are very nice. They need to open before 10 am. Also they need more help. On Saturday my wait was 40 min. On Monday my wait was about 30 min.

If you’re looking for mediocre service that increases their fees continuously then when you cancel service the manager smarts off to you then bills you a whole month for 1 day of service. I understand that Spectrum doesn’t prorate but at least they could’ve sent a bill. Never was a day late on my payment for years but Spectrum decides to turn my account into collections instead( I have near perfect credit history). On top of that, they continuously mail and email services at prices that are considerably cheaper than what they were charging me.If this is what you’re looking for then by all means take the plunge. Never say you wasn’t warned.

Just went to the store to return a Fedex shipment from Spectrum that was ordered without my permission yesterday. I took the box to the counter and the clerk opened it and took out the contents and had the audacity to tell me he can't take the box???? First of all I did not order this item, it was sent to me by Fedex and I had to drive downtown and wait in line to return their mistake or maybe it wasn't a mistake, maybe they were hoping I would not notice them adding services to my account and just accept it. This is the last time I am ever doing this. If I get another shipment they are going to have to someone come and pick it up.

Horrible customer service at the Asheboro Spectrum location. ( 836 south Fayetteville st. Asheboro 27203).I had an appointment scheduled for 6:40 to exchange my equipment. This was after speaking with a customer service agent and verifying that this location was open and also receiving an email confirmation and a text confirmation of my appointment time. I arrived early at 6:03. I was unfamiliar with the location and drove around that back. A man was standing out back and I asked him where I should park for my appointment. He then told me "we are closed". I preceded to tell him that I had a confirmed appointment time for 6:40 the the stated again "we are closed" and would not offer any more support.I pulled back around to the front and saw that the lights were still on and that there was a person inside and a customer there. On the door was a sign posted that said " temporary hours" I knocked on the door and was ignored. I waited for the man to open the door for the customer who was inside to leave. I explained that I had a confirmed appointment for 6:40. He then said they were closed. He closed the door on my face.I then knocked on the door and he opened it again. I asked to speak to the manager. The same person I saw out back came to the door and refused to open or speak to me he just smirked and waved at me.This type of customer service is not acceptable. First off I should not have been able to book an appointment and confirm it in 2 different ways only to have it booked for a time that the store was closed.Everyone I have spoke to on the phone have been absolutely wonderful. This complaint is specifically directed to the in person interaction I had with the staff at the Asheboro location. Do better Spectrum ! You need to have come training for this location on customer service.

This place is the worse business, always packed, min wait time regardless is 40-45 minute, reservation kiosk is useless, just whoever comes in that knows the service people get help, regardless how long you been waiting, needs to be re- staffed for people that's willing to help, not Socialize with Friends!!!

internet has gone out 5 days in a row during the day causing me to lose hours of work. If you need internet for work or anything during the day i recommend going somewhere else

I cannot say enough about how helpful Angel was to me. She explained the options that were available to me based on my personal needs and helped me to decide on the best package that would met my requirements. The staff was very patient with all of the customers explaining in detail the answers to their questions.

Switching from another provider was not as seamless as we had hoped. Angel was terrific! Patient and very professional. She made the experience much better, thank you, young lady!

Switched to Spectrum Mobile. Friendly, courteous, and professional staff. The original SIMS card was removed, and my new SIMS card was installed by the technician. My mobile service was initiated within less than 5 minutes.

I went to cancel internet service after starting a cheaper service. Brian tried to save us money but I had already started my new service. He was very helpful and respectful.

Customer Service is a joke and their Techs who install the cables. Techs are lazy in installing the cable boxes and instead of placing the box in the ideal room of choice they are lazy and will install the boxes where they want to and usually the easiest and worst place in the home!! Internet is the slowest ever even when you upgrade a month or two later they want you to upgrade again!!
