I had desperately been trying to deal with an issue through customer service call center for weeks that just wasn’t getting resolved. Went in to the store as a last attempt to resolve. Everyone working there was so kind and listened empathetically of my situation and when I explained what happened with a warranty return, they explained the process clearly as to what may have happened. They took down my information and assured me they would look into it for me. The manager followed through with her word and contacted me back today with a resolution. By far the best customer service I’ve had.

Staff is excellent regarding friendliness and knowledge of their products. They are apt at answering all of your questions; as well as accommodating and patient as you inquire of them. Prices of the services offered are startling good and refreshing. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out the options for yourself.

We had an issue over the phone bill and had talked to multiple people over the phone to try and get it resolved. We came in store and worked with Zay. He was great, very kind and patient.

Jess was extremely helpful. She was an absolute joy to work with. The store manager was also very helpful. We feel confident that we made the right decision to move our phones to T-Mobile and especially this store location.
