They are so rude, act like it’s an inconvenience to do their job. They’ve also made multiple mistakes losing packages/mail and delivering my stuff to the wrong address and are never apologetic for mistakes made.

The lady driving the white suv delivering mail, was just out of her car pissing on the side of Mountain View church road in Asheboro NC. So Disgusting.

They stole my box, I went to the office I’m Asheboro and nobody respond they never know! I have being trying to call filling a claim and they just act like they don’t care! I pay for it I loose more than 700$ in that box I pay insurance and they just said! Is not their problem if the other person haven’t receive!

I had an appointment for my son passport and I had everything ready and the employee was being sarcastic and loud when by mistake I mark a yes question instead of a No and he nake a comment like so you mark yes to a question about my son if he was married ,well I didn’t like that he said aloud for people to heard that ,I got mad because nobody is perfect we all make mistakes and just by marking a yes instead of a No question don’t have to be sarcastic and make people embarrassed in front of other customers ,I go all the time to the post office and no matter Wich day is during the week he’s always mad and angry, 0000000 CUSTOMER SERVICE

My mom had a package delivered today, 8/11/24, and she asked me to get it off the porch. Opened the door nothing there. Later today went to take my dog to PetSmart and there was the package on the trunk of my car. REALLY!!

The staff here always look mean mugging. I’ve been here morning/afternoon. I’m always in such a positive mood but the moment I enter here they ruin it. Never will they say hi good morning or how may I help you. Only word that comes out of their mouth is “next”… what manager hired them??? I could do a better job than them and I would make sure my customers come & leave happy. If they don’t like their jobs. Then quit! Like please at least smile.

My carrier Francisco does my route every now and then. He is one of the rudest people I have ever spoke to in my life. Using vulgar language and has thrown my package before my eyes on multiple occasions.

My package was SUPPOSEDLY delivered April 10. Which the tracking shows, but my package never gotten to me one person said when I called it looks like it was miss delivered the second person Randy said it shows it was delivered and unfortunately there's nothing we can do maybe it gotten stolen. We here it is May 17 and I've been waiting on a call from the manager which hasn't happened. Mind you this is the second time I've had something delivered by USPS not gotten to me. They do not care about helping there customers better they do not care about all the money you out of with no product to show. Very disappointed in this facility.
