If I could rate less than one star, I would! This bank has horrible "red tape" and is the worst to deal with regarding Estates, etc. They do not go by North Carolina Laws at all and the Representatives have no clue what they are doing or how to explain what they have been told by their "Legal Department." I do not know if it is just this Branch or if it is every Branch, but they have no training. If you are in N.C. and are opening and closing accounts for the public, you should know what to tell them without making them sit and wait while you call someone right there in front of them. The parking is also terrible and if you are an elderly person or a handicapped person trying to enter this facility, it is not user friendly at all! This is the worst banking experience I have ever had!

I mean, it's a bank. Friendly service, that makes up for horrible parking. Outside ATM location and lollipops!

The employees seem nice but the banks practices are the worst. I needed to open a safe deposit box and after two days of working with some really nice employees; I was told by the branch manager that I could not open a safe deposit box because I was not an account holder .. ONLY a POA on the account. ONLY will be taking his personal banking business ELSEWHERE. I also needed to put an alert on the Accounts that I am ONLY the POA. I was told "That was not possible" there was no type of alert within Wells Fargo Stucture .

The bank Agents are not customer friendly.they didn't explain banking regulations,he she said i don't know.That was a Branch manager I talk to after the banking agent was rude.Frank.C.
