I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter because she’s been in the hospital and they show no compassion.Long story short she’s had the flu been in the hospital with both kids also having the flu , the night theycome home and was sleeping they start banging on her door at 8pm looking through her windows. I honestly was so scared and so was my autistic grand child, and to make matter worse he covered her peephole so I couldn’t see , so I definitely wasn’t answering the door. There was also no business truck or any sign that this was Aaron’s at the door! All I know is a random man shows up banging I should have called the cops.

Definitely won't be getting anything front them again. Jennifer sent a person to pick up a washer and dryer- but she sent them to the wrong house ( my place) AT 8:30 in the morning. It took us forever with me showing my proof I've paid my monthly bill( I'm paid up till December so why are they even coming to my place) but Jennifer insisted she never talked to us and we were using the Patton location. Which none is true AT ALL. If Jennifer never talked to me then why is she the one that helped me get the washer and dryer originally? After finding out they came to the place,banging on the wrong door, at 8:30 am looking for someone who doesn't even live in the same building they just laughed it off. No compensation for anything and definitely no apology was given. Jennifer definitely needs to be replaced with someone who's better at their job and doesn't seem to target black families causing problems.

Even though they really overcharge (as all rent to own places do), I used to think that they were okay until recently. My husband bought a riding lawnmower there. When he made his final payment he was sold an extended warranty, if he continued making monthly payments on the warranty. To sell the warranty, the salesman stated that as long as he was paying on the warranty, the lawnmower was covered. On July 5th, Aaron's took out the payment. On July 7th, my husband called because the lawnmower wasn't working correctly. He was told that the warranty expired July 2nd. This month, they took money from the account again. They have been called multiple times about this, but no one working ever knows anything, and will have "a manager" call back. No one ever calls back. Looks like the BBB will be the only way to stop them from continued theft from my bank account.

Just went in to help my sister look for a couch. 2 minutes after we came in, the sales lady walked outside to smoke a cigarette and the one other employee in there was on the phone and acting like we were a huge inconvenience. We will not go back to this place.

Just moved to the area and needed some nice plush seating as the sofa I ordered at a different company is on backorder. The staff at Aaron’s on Fairview are very nice and helpful. Renee hooked me up, she was very nice, professional and answered all my questions. Wish I had gone here to begin with, the selection in store is better then what is shown online. I definitely recommend checking out their showroom.
