Would give a zero if I could. This company is buffoonery galore. They flat out lie to you with such ease. Was told that Medicaid approved the supplies I wanted. I confirmed this twice stating that I did not want to proceed if the supplies I wanted were not approved by Medicaid. I placed the order. Shipping was fast, I'll give them that. I open the box and right away I knew I had been scammed. Generic products and half the items missing. I called customer serviced who played dumb stating it was out of their control blaming Medicaid for the substitutions and deletions...but I confirmed with you twice that Medicaid approved my order, I never would have had moved forward without that confirmation. What an absolute crock and waste of my time. Of course they tried to get me to accept different garbage generic supplies. Hell to the no. Send me an RMA number and we are done. Stay clear of the poser company.

I applied for a breastpump in January and spent months calling to follow up and being told that my representative, Katie Coffey, would call me back which she never did. Finally, while in preterm labor in March I received notice from Aeroflow that my insurance no longer covers Breastpumps unless baby is in NICU or it is medically necessary to pump. I understand the change in insurance terms is out of Aeroflow's control, however I am very disappointed in my Aeroflow experience as the pump was authorized to be sent out in December but Aeroflow & my representative failed to respond to my inquiries or take prompt action which unnecessarily stalled the process by three months. We could have had the pump by now if the company and representative acted when they were supposed to. Finally, when I vocalized this frustration to Katie she completely ignored my email correspondence. I would not go through Aeroflow again.

Customer Service is the worst. I ordered the Elvie through them thinking I wasn't going to be an avid pumper and was going to mostly breastfeed and only pump at work. From the beginning I had to call to follow up on each step. Then little surprise my baby was born at 33 weeks 2 days. That changed things a bit for my pumping needs. I received my pump the same day I ended up giving birth. I called to exchange it and again have had to call everyday to follow up on the next step to keep the process going. They say they are going to respond and they don't. Even management reads from a script and is unhelpful. If your insurance gives you different options don't buy from them go somewhere else!!!

I am so grateful for Aeroflow! They have provided my daughter with incontinence products that hold up well and cost nothing to me. They products are easy to order and reorder and my daughter has never had any kind of reaction to the products. The fact that there are gloves and underpads included is a huge help for us as caretakers and I appreciate everything we get when we order her supplies. The process to enroll is simple and once you get started its so easy to keep up on orders because Aeroflow reminds you when you might be running low. Ten out of ten recommend using Aeroflow or asking your provider how you could utilize them.

I tried ordering CPAP supplies through AeroFlow Sleep. I originally placed my order (online) on 12/2. On that date they charged my credit card for my copayment. I checked my account on that day and then again on 12/15 and the status was referred as "awaiting processing". I then sent an email to them explaining my issue and requesting an update, nothing was received. I called on 12/19 and the representative told me that they had not received the prescription from my doctor. I called my doctor and lefty a message. The Doc called me back 10 minutes later and said that he just received the request and he would send it right out. Again I heard nothing so I called again. This time I was told that they had the prescription but still needed a usage report and visit notes, which they had never told me in previous conversations. I them this information and I was told that this would be taken care of. I called again on 12/26 and I was told that they had this information but they need a "benefit statement" on the visit notes. I asked if they would contact the doctor? I was told that this information would be turned over to someone else to handle but they were not in yet and were not sure if they would be in today. I cancelled my order. I believe it should not take three weeks to simply get CPAP supplies. Now I'll see if I actually get my refund. I do not recommend!

I dealt with multiple hidden gotchas with Aeroflow. While my pump arrived on time, two separate incidents caused issues. First, when ordering my pump, I was advertised for classes covered by your insurance. It was not specified that these classes (that often had birthing in the title) were actually considered lactation consultations by my insurance. Meaning I used 3 of my 6 covered consults on birthing classes that were mediocre with most info an easy ****** away. I much rather would have used the coverage for actual in person lactation consults. My lactation consultant confirmed multiple moms ran into this same issue. Second, when it was time to order replacement pump parts, they sent generic parts that were damaged and unusable. **************** told me if you want brand name parts to match your pump, call us. Dont use the website. That was never explained on the site or emails. ******* also promised expedited shipping on the new partsthat was over two weeks ago. Very stressful as my current parts are wearing down and could soon be causing milk production decreases and other issues.

I received equipment as advertised but the insurance was an nightmare. Billing mis-billed my equipment to the wrong state. Then asked me to pay for it out of pocket. I paid for my supplies and Aeroflow re-filed with my insurance. However, Aeroflow would not refund my payments until all the claims were through insurance. I stopped ordering supplies so all the claims could process. They refused to send the purchase price of the machine to my insurance as requested - so insurance kept denying the claims. They continued to send the wrong information for over 6 months. Now the company has all the claims settled and when I inquire about the refunds the only thing they can offer is to escalate my request. You can never speak to a manager, or a insurance biller, or anyone that can actually fix the problem. Aeroflow has gotten paid by myself AND my insurance and refuses to issue the credit.

I have had to go back to my doctor 3 times only to find out the machines adjustment was wrong. Apparently they would re adjust and it would not hold the adjustment. They say my Medicare would not pay and if I didn't pay they would turn it into collections.

I found this company for online cpap supplies. Trouble began immediately. Every order since has either shipped the wrong size or missing supplies. This last order not only was lacking something, it caused my insurance to email me about denied claims. Long story short, some idiot at the beginning of the year put me in as having Medicaid. I have Medicare with a supplemental. I’m done with Aeroflow.

This company is a scam. They mislead their customers by offering low-cost CPAP machines covered through insurance then continuous bill you for amounts over and above the agreed upon price. Check out their reviews with the Better Business Bureau. I have called twice now to decline these additional charges and no one will call back. Beware.

I ordered a breast pump from this company however there website showed a limited amount of pumps that are fully covered by my insurance . I really wanted an elvie but their website showed my insurance barely covered it, so I ordered to motif duo. A coworker informed me that they got an Elvie 100% covered. A month later I checked into my insurance and they fully cover any type of pump. So disappointed that there website stated I couldn't receive this type of pump, when in reality I could of been 100% covered for an Elvie.
