Brought a pair of jeans in to exchange I got my wife, left with the same pair we brought back in and was charged an extra 10.70, luckily we noticed when we got to the car, doesn’t seem to be a lot of common sense working here from the top down… Ohhh well, their not the only A/E….

Good selection of clothing and sizes; however, this experience reminded me of why I typically shop online. Nobody was attending the changing rooms, only one poor girl was on the register with a line of customers while her other FOUR coworkers sat there about five feet away talking about inappropriate things, including their “nipples”. Not workplace appropriate. She had to ask before she got any help and I don’t think that’s right. When she did get some help finally, the other cashier neglected to give me the BOGO deal on the jeans they were having and didn’t even realize until I was out of the mall and they closed. I will not be shopping inside of the Asheville Mall American Eagle again.

I was at the Asheville mall with my family on nov 27th 22 sunday will not be back to this store anymore cuz i had bad vibe there they had a deal on there pants witch i thought they had a deal went to the counter to ring the two pairs of pants rang up 96 dollars and me not thinking about the deal my lovely wife spoke up really fast told the clerk there was a deal on the pants things started to heating up behind the counter one of the lady's went back rude looked at the deal came back rude put it the register i thought it was going to be all but no way jose that same woman went back to that deal ripped the sign down came back where i was standing and threw into the trash where can see this show she put on this is not how to run a store be customer happy if your going to have deals let them stay if not take them down so the customer know now he or she has to pay 96 dollars y'all need some work on y'alls workers thanks Paul

I was helped by an associate named Brittany and she made my experience absolutely amazing. She was so helpful, not intrusive, fetched several different things for me while I was in the fitting room, and price-matched my clothes with the online store so I got the best deals. Brittany deserves a raise and some recognition from the company! Thank you Brittany!

I bought a belt and a shirt from here and the shirt had a hole in it and the belt broke in like 2 weeks. I took them in to exchange them with my receipt. They said they did not take returns at their location and that I had to call the 1-800 number. They gave me the wrong phone # to call and when I finally reached customer service they offered a 10% coupon. I’m done with this place
