Great vendors. Great atmosphere. Love the fresh produce and bakery goods. Also, beautiful cut flowers.

Smaller than expected but had a good variety. 1 stand of each typical farmers market item. (Bread, pickles, produce, meat, coffee, etc) Only thing missing was a kombucha stand. There is a Jun stand instead with a very rude & unknowledgeable woman.

Fun market! I was visiting from out of town and wanted to check it out- it was easy to get to after stopping nearby to check out another business. My dog found the dog treat vendor Pawsitive Bakes right away and got a lot of attention. Most of the vendors seemed like they came from very close by (produce, eggs, fresh pasta, coffee, etc) and there were plenty of customers but not to the point where it felt crowded.

Asheville NC, ASAP (Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project) Asheville City Market , N Market St , downtown Asheville. Winter hrs Sat 10 am-1pm , Apr-Dec 9-noon on SaturdaysIn the winter the market is smaller but its still a great place to get delicious homemade bread ( 2 vendors the day we visits plus a dessert vendor) as well as winter greens, fermented products, fresh spring flowers and lots of other local items. See their website for details. We are always happy to support local farmers and their products are always so fresh and great tasting. Almost always there are musicians playing which creates a nice atmosphere. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the less busy season too. If you are a visitor its fun to visit to get some local vibes and maybe something to take home.

BLEW ME AWAY! I am a California native. California is known for producing A LOT of produce for the USA. So when I came to this farmers market I was not expecting much.I was wrong. This market is about three or four blocks long with venders on each side of the street. The market is pet friendly (in my hometown dogs are not allowed in the farmers market unless it's a service animal). The market itself has fresh beautiful seasonal produce, flowers, honey, mushrooms, micro greens, pesto, spiced nuts, coffee, tarot card reading, bread, pastries, kimchi, and so much more!

As a farmer's market connoisseur, I can say this is one of the best markets in the country.
