Jacob Reynolds is an excellent, experienced and professional salesman with 15 plus yrs of helping customers with their purchase. Bottom line no haggling, out the door price of the vehicle was more than fair. Dealership was very accommodating and all the sales staff friendly. Business office was quick and efficient. No good cop bad cop sales tactics. Do your research before you buy. Go in, be realistic and let the team know what you want and see what they are able to do for you. I was concerned about inventory, would have waited till December. December should be a great month for a new purchase if you are in the market. If you want a 2023 and want a better choice of inventory or newer used model go now. I don't see why you would not get an attractive deal! Thank you for making my purchase a stress free experience and being transparent, not always the case in other locations.

Justin was great. Not pushy but quickly ready with answers and a vehicle to test drive. He was also quick to offer to look for our desired vehicle and offered to order one if needed. Thank you! We'll be back.

I needed an oil change and a reading of the engine light code for my 2020 Ford Transit. After the oil change, the customer service at Asheville Ford went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with my van, even though I did not have an appointment. These folks go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Special thanks go to their team.

If I could give them half a star, I would. I had made an appt online a week in advance for a critical safety issue. When I dropped my vehicle off, Alex the service writer told me it might be a day before they could get to it. Fair enough. When they hadn't called with an update 3 days later, I called them. Samantha said she'd check status and call me back. She never did. Called the next day and left a message. No response. I just wanted a status. I wasn't expecting it to be repaired within 3 days.2 more days of waiting and I called again and got the same "I'll call you back" at which point I asked for the Service Manager. He then explained they are so backlogged that they wouldn't be able to get to it for another week or 2. Information they had on DAY ONE but didn't share. I understand they are busy. Good for them. But keeping your customers in the dark about their vehicle repair status is total B.S.!! The worst part was, nobody there cares. They probably hear this all the time and are immune to the frustrations of their customers. Sad way to be. I'll NEVER recommend these guys.

I am a hard sale. Asheville Ford listened to my situation, which was not at all a have to situation, and they turned a sale. Of course, it’s what they do but they listened to my situation and helped me make the best option for our budget. I wasn’t crazy about a $600 month payment but zero interest sealed the deal! I certainly didn’t expect a brand new vehicle. The sales team took a look at my current vehicle and helped me get a safer vehicle! They cared about my safety and worked very hard to make sure that the deal was doable!

Rich, the Eagle who flew... Thank you for taking the time to help me when I was in a desperate state. Firestone had messed up my car real bad. I took it to the best, most professional dealer in three states. Lucille will never go to another mechanic ever. From the front desk lovely women, to the cashiers, the parts dept. who are above and beyond helpful, to the mechanic who fixed my cold hard steel American Dream Car Lucille.. Thank you from the bottom of my brake pedal that is not metal on metal anymore. And whatever you did to make my steering wheel smooth and perfect again..... Thank You , you are all Eagles...no ducks working here they are at Firestone..! Oh, and I forgot to mention Dan the Man the shuttler.. what a great human being... Stay safe out there on the road....

Overall just an unpleasant experience. While the sales representative I worked with, Nathan, was a kind and helpful person, the sales manager was rude and unwilling to negotiate in any reasonable capacity. He walked away from the table with the most “F U” energy that I’ve experienced when buying a new vehicle. You’d think they would want to be a bit nicer and more engaging with someone who is considering spending $60k+ on a new truck. Anyway, save yourself the trouble and go to Ken Wilson Ford in Canton, just a few minutes from this location for a more pleasant buying experience where screwing their customers is not their primary motivation.

Enjoyed dealing with Sam who didn’t pressure me or hassle me into the purchase. He let me take my time and walked me through the process patiently and professionally.

Brought my Ford F250 in for a recall issue. While there the service department found that both my rear end and front and we're out of whack. Rich and the service department called me and explained the cost which was over $2800. He then realized that I had purchased an extended warranty at the time I bought the truck. He then got all that work done under that warranty, which was very appreciative. Thank you Rich for your insight and help.

Very good experience, all in all. Friendly staff, no pressure. Chris Mease was great to work with an got me home in time to pick up the kids from school! The car looks and runs great, so far. Underwhelmed with the clean up detailing, particularly under the hood. No prob; I can handle it!

I had a mandatory recall on my vehicle. I had an appointment scheduled for the end of the month and Asheville Ford called back to ask if I would like to use their mobile service to get it done quicker. It did not take any consideration and I am so glad I said yes. The technician arrived right in the time window given and was in and out in no time. Great to know they have a mobile service available.

I would not dare purchase a car from Asheville Ford. The last time my son and I walked into the show room waiting on something in the service department the sales staff avoided us like we were a cement median in the middle of the road. If they had the car I wanted I would transfer it to another dealership. Ricky in parts in the best one there. The rest have no desire to assist you with anything. I will drive to Forest City or to the Canton dealership before they get a dime of my money.

I just recently picked up my 2023 Ford Bronco 4 door in shadow black….couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The experience was so relaxed and smooth. Bob was absolutely professional and helpful every step of the way, a true veteran of the industry. His customer service was fantastic….more than just a customer. Especially since I ordered mine a year ago…made the process smooth and easy. As for the dealership…everyone was helpful and the service was superb. Cheers guys! Thanks so much for making my experience fun and memorable. It was my first new car! Slainte’

WARNING- DO NOT BUY FROM ASHEVILLE FORD:Things went downhill fast here. Within the first week the air conditioner stopped working anytime you drove the vehicle for more than 15 minutes. We contacted Ford and the guy I spoke to said they could only do something about it if the problem was actively happening. He actually suggested that perhaps I did not know how to use the AC. I realized we were within the 14 day 1,000 mile money back guarantee period for our $80,000 truck and I suggested that I just return it. I was ready to drive it right back to the dealership and get my money back.Ford convinced me to bring the vehicle in and I brought it in while the AC was not working. They assured me they were going to take care of it and make sure I was comfortable. At first they told me that a loaner would not be possible....(are you kidding? We have to work!)Finally they gave me a ridiculous loaner bronco sport while they "investigated" just to keep me from asking for a full refund on the truck. It was simply a stalling technique to push me past the 14 day return period. They had my truck for a week and then called to say they were going to have to wait on a part and to come back and pick up the truck. "Sorry!" So I picked up the truck. Then a week later they call again and say they are going to be able to fix it and they agree to give me an actual F-150 Loaner to drive while they are fixing it. I've had the loaner for THREE WEEKS--so nearly a month of loaners.Today Rich from Asheville Ford calls and tells me he's going to have me come in to pick up my truck and explains that it's not fixed yet but needs a new evaporator cooler and they have it being delivered. He goes on to say that his tech is on vacation next week so I should return the loaner and pick my truck up (with an air conditioner that only works less than half the time in 90 degree heat) and then bring it back whenever they can fix it.I explain that I would prefer to keep the loaner until they can fix the issue as I can not drive around in this heat with a brand new truck whose AC doesn't work. He continued to insist that the loaner comes back and actually tells me that keeping the loaner is just not an option as they need it back....and then has the nerve to tell me that the AC works most of the time (no...the AC works until the evaporator cooler freezes up which is minutes into driving and we drive all day for work) .....I am so disappointed with myself for not bringing the truck back for a full refund while I still could- especially after reading all of the nightmare reviews on their profile regarding their (lack of) service department.I am absolutely NOT going to return this loaner until I receive a working air conditioner and I'm more than happy to have my lawyer explain this to them if need be. Ridiculous that they think it's ok for us to get heat stroke because they are completely disorganized.STEER CLEAR - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Another update: 8/24/2023.....wow- so today we picked up our tremor for the 4th time after not having it for ANOTHER 2 weeks- all together Asheville Ford has had our new truck for almost 7 weeks. They called yesterday to say "all fixed"- we came to get it and the air conditioner stopped working 10 minutes into our drive home. It's a joke at this point.Rich refused to call Ford or contact them directly on our behalf so we called them today and asked them to buyback this lemon for the full purchase price. Later he would deny this while interrupting me and continuing to speak over me while I tried to finish a sentence. The NC lemon law states that if a new vehicle is out of use for 20 or more days and / or 4 attempts have been made to repair it unsuccessfully they are responsible for buying it back for the full amount.Update: 8/29They STILL have the truck. Ford corporate has refused a buyback and no one at the ford dealership has offered ANYTHING- they seem to think having our brand new truck for 2 months is completely normal. Now they claim they have finally replaced the evapo

Chris was excellent through the whole process in purchasing my edge ST! From trade in to delivery of the vehicle! Even reached after a few days to make sure I was still enjoying the vehicle. Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had! If you need a car hit these guys up!
