Really fun and great value for $! Friendly service, well run spot. I stopped by here on Sunday. They were in a 1 hour wait, so I explored Grove Arcade in the meantime. They texted once space had freed up. $15 for all you can play (Mandalorian and one or two other games were excluded but that didn’t really bother me). I had a great time playing some classics, spent 20 solid minutes playing Pac-Man. I looked for Tetris but couldn’t find it (not sure if I missed it), and had a blast playing the retro desktop space arcade game. They have some beer and chips, but no wine or seltzers unfortunately. Definitely worth checking out for some late doses of entertainment and nostalgia!

This was a cool place to visit! There is tons of retro memorabilia and the selection of pinball and retro video games was awesome! They offer snacks and drinks for a pretty good price. They allow a limited number of people in to play, but if you are just going to watch you don’t have to pay. The bathrooms were clean. Definitely a fun place to visit while in Asheville.

Not what I was expecting. Stumbled across the Pinball Museum because it was cold & looking to stay warm. Glad we found this little gem by mistake. For $15 you can play the old pinball & arcade games as long as you want. I believe I saw a sign saying over 75+ games to play. Highly recommend to make a reservation as we came in about an hour after opening & had to wait about an hour. They took our number, we went to a Nearby coffee shop and waited til it was our turn. We had a lot of fun.

A fantastic history of the evolution of pinball. Machines include a brief description that provides context for the machine and the time it was produced, and there's a lot to experience across the ages. Our favorite was Medieval Madness, but there's going to be something for everyone here.

LOVE THIS PLACE! This place is amazing, I found it on internet when the bf and I decided to take a last minute trip to Asheville in February. I could write a 5 page mla essay about how awesome this place is, but I’ll get straight to the point. The atmosphere is great, plenty of cool machines, the workers are amazing and super helpful when you get a ball stuck, worth every penny. My favorite part is not having to haul around quarters, just walk up to a machine and play!

This place is awesome!! All you can play, come and go as you please, lots of variety including some super rare ones. Love the detail that they’ve put into their location and the history lesson written next to each machine. Will be back!

Visited from Florida and this place was great! It had a cool atmosphere, but I was a bit disappointed in the selection of non-pinball arcade games. However if you love pinball this is the place to go

Love the idea. Love the selection of games. Love the friendly atmosphere. Hated how unlevel and/or weak flippered the games were. It’s unfortunately what I expect from location play. It’s still definitely worth a stop

So happy we came to the pinball museum on our weekend getaway. I didn’t realize how many games there were to actually play. There are three different rooms. 2 of them being old arcade game, which I didn’t know upon arrival. It was a great surprise. I am 20 and still enjoyed the theme of the 80’s. Time flies when you’re in here. We spent two hours playing away. The only comment I would make is the parking situation is not easy, but no fault to the museum.

Absolutely love this place, my husband and I try to stop by whenever we're in town. We love the variety of games throughout the decades. They only allow a certain number of people in at a time, so there's sometimes a long wait list, but I like that they have a cap so that everyone inside has the ability to play and there are always at least a few machines open. Some reviews complain about how some of the machines aren't playable or are being fixed, remember that this is a pinball museum, not a normal arcade. Most of the machines are up and running when we visit.

First come, first serve! Only, 15$ admission price for all-day play, and 100% worth it. Highly recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before opening to guarantee a quick entry. Was first in line on a New Years Eve, and they only allow 63 people in at one time so everyone can play. You may have to wait for an extended period of time (1 to 2+ hours)Super fun, awesome experience, and loads of great history! Classics everyone can enjoy. Just pack your patience if you're not one of the first ones inside.

Get there early, at least 30 minutes before they open if you want to guarantee yourself a place in the first 65 they let in. Once inside, $15 gets you all the pinball/arcade games you want (only 65 people allowed in at a time, you can stay as long as you want, when you leave, someone else gets to go in). Nice mix of classic and new pinball machines, plus some classic 80's and 90's machines. Oh, and they also serve beer.

this place is AWESOME! we were visiting asheville on vaca and my boyfriend loves pinball machines so this was a must! $15 let’s you play all day, but if you’re accompanying someone and you won’t play, it’s free for you to get in. you get a wristband to distinguish between the two. lots of workers around to help when the balls get stuck in the machines. lots of history to look at when scoping out the vintage machines. the bathrooms are large, dope, and decorated!! LOTS of machines here, as well as an arcade in the back of old games that aren’t pinball machines. some old school console games too! sodas and beers available to drink, and there’s a capacity limit to keep the place cozy, manageable and not too packed. you HAVE to stop in if you’re in the area :)
