This place isn't open to the public, but there are employees here to deal with the inventory for AT&T truck drivers.

Stopped in here while I was on vacation and my phone started having issues. Amethyst Parson was extremely helpful and professional. I usually hate going to phone stores but she made it a very pleasant experience. When she didn't have the phone I wanted she told me if I got it somewhere else and had any issues to come back and see her. I ended up buying at Walmart but they were unable/ unwilling to switch everything thing over. I went back to see her and she took care of everything. When I need another phone I will drive back down from Springdale to purchase here because of the exceptional service. If you are anywhere near Alma, AR. and need a phone I definitely recommend going here.

The store manager told me I couldn't be inside the store because I wasn't wearing a mask. I explained that I couldn't wear one due to medical issues. He continued to harass me about it. I explained that I could easily use a different cellular provider because AT&T isn't the only game in town. The store manager finally dropped the issue and allowed me to continue my purchase. AT&T needs to coach the store manager to not harass customers who are not wearing face masks because that opens up AT&T to a lawsuit or loses customers.

We are extremely pleased with Mr. Harris and the service he provided through AT&T. He was helpful, thoughtful, and worked hard to find the best deal for our family!

The installer broke the siding on my house (needlessly) and said nothing about the damage. Stacy Morgan
