I was in NC and stranded due to my Audi malfunctioning. These guys misdiagnosed the issue, charged me for a battery and claimed it also needed a "comfort module "....which was on back order 8 weeks. Total cost around $2500 out of pocket. I ended up having the car towed back to Florida and i flew home. Once back at my hometown Audi dealer they had it repaired within 2 days! Gave me a loaner vehicle. AND determined that it was a known issue covered under warranty. Id be very weary of Asheville Audi!!

Greed on a level that precludes me from ever patronizing them again. They claim they have zero wiggle room on pricing which I accepted. I am financed through Audi so two guaranteed ways they are making significant gains off of a sale and they came back with the most insulting trade on my used car I was considering trading, purchased only 4 months earlier from them with only a bit more mileage. In short, zero loyalty to existing customers and they will not miss a single opportunity to exploit you. Atlanta has more inventory and better deals. I am done with this dealership. Extremely disappointing.

Sadly, after purchasing our first Audi, we will NEVER purchase another. The interior door handle paint started wearing off on the passenger side, just a year after my husband owned his vehicle. The paint is thick and metallic and will slice your hand when you put your hand on it. When asking the dealership to correct this, they said there would be a charge of $800. We have had to duct tape the handle just so I won't slice my hand when opening the door. Very disappointing.

"Journey Back In Time: The Unexpected Audi Experience"My recent experiences with Asheville Audi felt less like stepping into the modern world of luxury car buying and more like a journey back in time. Three visits, three episodes of unmet expectations. Our first outing left us wandering the showroom with not a soul willing to assist. Given our tight schedule, we couldn’t afford to play the waiting game. On our second visit, we were asked to wait for the sales manager since the new associate on the floor couldn’t answer our queries about delivery. As time ticked by, the manager didn’t so much as throw a glance our way. However, we still held out hope. The third time, we thought, would be the charm. Armed with an official appointment from Flow Audi (the parent dealership), we entered the dealership expecting professionalism. Instead, Freddie, the sales manager, appeared completely unaware of our scheduled meeting. In a déjà vu moment, he redirected us to the inexperienced associate. Here we were, cash-ready for a seamless transaction, yet felt trapped in an outdated sales technique: the age-old game of making customers wait to wear down their patience. The cherry on top? We found ourselves uncomfortably confined in a tiny room, left to twiddle our thumbs with the new associate while Freddie took yet another deep dive into "research" in a back room somewhere.Frustration led to action. We went online and, with Audi Sarasota, wrapped up our purchase in a mere 30 minutes – a stark contrast to the drawn-out process at Asheville Audi. The highlight? We even arranged for our new Audi, which was in transit, to be delivered right to our doorstep in Asheville, North Carolina. For anyone out there eyeing an Audi, my advice is clear: Shop around. We’re in 2023. Expect and demand a service that fits the times. Asheville Audi, it's high time to step into the present.

I was at Audi a couple weeks ago, I was greeted by Song Yun. I have bought my fair share of vehicles, and this was by far the easiest and smoothest process I've ever went through. I'm so happy with my new vehicle, Thank you Song for such a great hassle free experience for me and my children. I would definitely recommend you to everyone!

I've interacted with many dealerships and Audi of Asheville's service department is the absolute worst. Poor communication and follow through. Many delays bordering upon negligent. Most recent interaction... I needed a windshield replaced (routine problem). Day before I was scheduled to drop the car off, I get a call telling me their one-and-only "Glass guy is on vacation for 2 weeks and you need to reschedule." Seriously 2 weeks! I'm going somewhere else from now on.

It was a pleasure working with Song Yun and I would highly recommend him for your next car purchase. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Great car buying experience.

I recently bought a 2015 VW Passat from this dealership and had the pleasure of having Song Yun sell it to me. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and was quite nervous. Song was incredible and helped me through each step of the process. I highly recommend going here if you are looking to buy a vehicle, both used and new.

Audi Asheville overall does a good job that’s why they got my business from Jaguar and I have referred friends and family. That being said, they could be a little bit more organized. I highly recommend working with Luis as he’s provided the best service and has been the most reliable and enjoyable to work with. You can thank me later! Lol

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service department. Unbelievable incompetence and will lie to your face. Save your sanity, time, and money and go elsewhere for service.

My mom was really excited to purchase a new Q5. She had been looking online and found one that she was in love with. Went to the dealership with the mindset to purchase that day. No salesperson ever came out to speak with us, we went inside and no one would speak with us inside. We even went back out and went around the entire lot again and no one approached or attempted to talk with us at all. We went down the road to Hunter Hyundai and she purchased a brand new Palisade Calligraphy and we had the most wonderful experience. It’s a shame that if you don’t look like you have money you won’t get acknowledgment. But you don’t have to look like money to have plenty of it. Super disappointed.

Outstanding service. My service guy was friendly and professional. He was switch on. I used the courtesy Uber service into Asheville downtown for some lunch n walk-about town. Uber brought me back to the dealership and my Q5 car was washed n ready to go. It was an effortless and efficient service. Thank you Flow Audi.

Audi’s Service Department needs some serious overhaul. I found it to be very dysfunctional at many different levels.Issues:1) I had a car accident in January and my SUV needed some bodywork. I called Audi’s/Flow’s service desk and their associate gave me an appointment for bodywork on my SUV a month later. She also promised a loaner.2) A month later, on the day of my appointment, no loaner arrived at 8 am as it was initially agreed. I called the service department, and their manager John stated that he could send me a loaner in 2-3 hours, or as soon as it is available. On further questioning, he clarified that they do not have a body shop on site and I needed to take my SUV elsewhere.3) The SUV was repaired elsewhere and sent to Audi’s service department for some wiring hook up of the rear bumper light. It sat there for 13 days until the insurance requested me to pick it up. The service department never called me to let me know that the vehicle was repaired and it needed to be picked up. It just sat there. Who knows how much longer it would have sat there if the insurance had not called me.4) I had an engine light on that I wanted the service department to check. Nothing got done about it for 13 days while the SUV sat at their service station. In the morning of my SUV pick up, I asked the service manager John to give me a quote. He asked me to give him a day to look into it. I did not get a quote by the end of the day and sat in 5 pm traffic for an hour. The service manager did wait for me for 15 extra minutes so I could pick up my SUV.I would stay away from Audi’s service department. Go elsewhere if you can!

My wife bought her usedQ5 in April or 2022 from Asheville Audi. August of 22 we started having problems with the car not running correctly. After taking the car to Asheville Audi service department 4 times (2 of witch they have no memory of it being there)we have no idea what to do?? The second time I bought a code Reader and gave them the code for what was wrong with the ignition coil, still no help. At this point we have to rent a car to go anywhere out of Asheville. I have lost all faith in Asheville Audi and this will definitely affect any future dealings with Audi do to this awful Customer service. This is my first bad review on anything...I have not gone into detail about the wast of time and Money Asheville Audi has cost us.By the way, my wife loves her Audi but the service is just unexeptable....

I will never buy another Audi. I was told my car with less than 75k miles on it needs $12k of repairs and that none of it would be covered under warranty. To add insult to injury, when I tried to get my car towed from there they charged me a $180 “diagnostic fee” that they never told me about.
