I tried calling 3 times in order to ensure that this branch location is open today, given the weather. It will ring for about 40 seconds before telling me that everyone is busy and then hang up on me. It seems like the intention here is to simply not be available. Why would you not allow someone to be on hold until someone can answer the phone unless you just don't want to be available?

If you crave employee attitude and enjoy belittlement, this is the branch for you. Apparently BofA doesn't care about its consistently low rating for customer service. Then again, I'm betting my 1-star review has triggered an immediate 5-star follow up review from another "customer". Nice camouflage, Patton Ave BofA.

Very secure & professional bank! Definitely feel safe using BoA. I actually LIKE that they go above & beyond for security even if it might cause some waiting bc they are truly doing everything to make transactions safe. So thankful for their policies & safety procedures. Really a great bank also while traveling.

This post is reflecting numerous visits to this Bank of America branch. I am the durable power of attorney over my ailing father at this time. The power of attorney paperwork was done through a lawyer and filed with the court system 3 years ago. I recently went to Bank of America to put these on file with them it took them 3 days to get the POA paperwork approved by there legal department. Every transaction I made with the bank I felt very disrespected and like I was doing something wrong when I was only acting on my dad’s behalf. Today I had enough. I went in to closed both his checking and savings account accounts with this bank. I made an appointment but I still had to wait 30 minutes. The person helping me had to ask for help with doing the closure. I was asked if I had his bank card which I did not. Mind you I already gave them my Drivers License for Identity. The person helping me asked if there was a phone number on file which there was as I had to change it to mine last week. They said there was not one on file. They said it takes up to two weeks for the change to go through. They asked what was wrong with my dad since he could not come to the bank. That is none of there business as that is against Hippa laws. Then I asked what the problem was and she said the manager is looking over the paperwork to make sure it’s good. As I said previously I am durable POA which means I can act on his behalf on all financial matters. Also there legal department approved it!! The accounts are now closed. The other financial institution I went to has had no problems with the paperwork and is very respectful!! They always ask how I am doing as well as my father. This bank is a joke and has no idea what customer service entails especially for the elderly!!!

Terrible merchant services. They force you to go into the bank then schedule a later appointment. They cancelled my merchant services account when I tried to use the card reader, they gave no instructions to use, didn't tell me what app to download, and they didn't refund me, they didn't allow me to cancel my Bank of America business account without a lengthy process of phone tag then another full day of waiting around at the bank for them to call multiple people in the merchant services department.. Bank of America only functions to take your money, their investment options are a complete dystopian joke!

Horrible bank, customer service is Terrible. I don't bank there and Never would. Went into cash a check an account holder. The teller treated me horrible. She said I would have to have the customer come in to Verify the check, when I called to speak to the manager ,Chris got on the phone and said uts policy and call corporate all you want. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!

Had an issue today with my account being locked and had a feeling it was going to be a hassle. Christopher was one of the most kind people I’ve dealt with in any customer facing positions in my entire life. Beyond grateful for the genuine empathy he showed which did result in everything going back to normal. If I need to go into any BOA in the area, for him alone I would choose this one.

This branch is consistently understaffed. They actually got rid of a few teller windows and closed a nearby branch which will increase traffic to this already understaffed location. Being a business customer who has to make deposits in person, this location is terrible and wastes my time. Does anyone at BoA care about customer satisfaction? I assume based on how they treat us in branch that they must have contempt for us as customers.

I have had a very nice experience everytime there except today. I told the clerk that I have the msg alert for a code to give her since my debit card was not working and she told me to not tell her what she was going to do and she was very rude after that. Then I asked for a manager and he continued to be rude. One of the worst times

Walked in and didnt even explain what I needed and the older woman who was the clerk I got shoo’d me away. I went to the Bank of America down the road and they dealt with me with it ease. Im not sure why she was this way towards me and my banking needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Let a stranger withdraw money from my account, who stole my wallet and won’t give me my money back . Branch is absolutely clueless when talking to them . I switched all my accounts to Pnc . Better security and banking .

If you're walking or riding a bicycle, you can get through the drive through. But, if you're driving a full size truck, you can forget going in the drive through teller. It's so narrow, you're only inches from the wall and teller machine. BOA could easily fix this problem.
