Bandits in Suits... They will take your money and do nothing to help you. Wait all day to have someone tell you that they cannot help you. Their "simple" merchant services is a joke. They sold me a $200 scanner then closed my account without telling me why!! They force me to go in the store to close my account, even though it's inactive, and they refused to refund the plastic card scanner that never worked a single time!

Small business account holder.From the minute I walked in the door, the staff were professional and very helpful.Kudos to Jared Sexton, FCM. He assisted me with a couple of issues I had and helped address them quickly!Highly recommend this BOA branch.

Worst customer service ever. If you want a bank that's disorganized and inept, chose Bank of America and grow more gray hair.

I opened a checking account 04/13/22. Today is May 24th and I still do not have a debit card. I contacted the bank where I opened the account and was told that it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks. I could irder another one a a $15 charge. Still no card. My husband opened a premium accout requiring a large deposit balace the same day and he received his debit card in 2 days. Also tried contacting customer service and could not get thru to a human. It's evident by my experience, that you only get service from this bank if you have a high deposit account. I Do Not recommend them if you open a normal account requiring a $2k deposit monthly. I opened this account to see if I wanted to move all my money here. Due to the lack of service on this account, that won't be happening.If you are a normal middle class class income person, don't bother with this bank.

Formerly my bank of choice, BoA has really let me down in recent years. As if to encourage online banking some new inconvenience is added with every visit to the local branch.

Lobbies closed of a made up disease, but you have to call three of four times before they will answer your phone calls and then they just tell you to call corporate which is awful. Also everyone in this building smells like feet and looks like a characters from monsters inc

i have been trying to close an acct with this branch for WEEKS! first the teller can't do it, then no appts avlbl online, then no own answers the phone. NO PEOPLE! I am being charged monthly fees for an acct for a biz that had closed months ago due to covid. called corporate and was told i could do it at the counter...not true. NO customer service.

Bank of America does not care about customers unless you have lots of money. They closed my credit card account I've had 15 year. I never got notice of account closing or missed a payment. It was closed due to non use. So in essence I have been penalized for being responsible with my credit card. Because I had no idea my account was closed, I went to use this card for a fairly large purchase only to be declined. Certainly had I known the card had been closed I would never have tried to make a purchase with it. When I called to ask for the card to be reinstated, I was told that's not possible, nothing can be done once account is closed. Nowhere in the terms and conditions literature that came with this card does it say it would be closed for non-use. Obviously they really care less about what they're doing to anybody's credit history it's all about their bottom line. Bad business ethic!!!!!!!

They have closed the bank near me and I understand alot is going on right now I really do however all the other banks have been open normal hours with Mask required yet just I have went to 3 different Bank of Americas the lobbies are closed still and now today they have changed their hours so they close at 4 pm so this has helped me to make my mind up in changing banks
