Don't bank with Truist, they will not protect your assets. I got scammed by a fraudulent website. I opened a claim with my bank and they determined the scam site was in the right since I made the purchase myself. So now I am out $176. I will now be switching banks because I do not feel that my money is safe with truist

I have banked with this bank since I was 16. I recently had to pull my account and go somewhere else, due to the lack of support and run around from staff. Took my three months to get a bank card and no one would tell me why. I finally seen they had the wrong address. After getting card it’s now locked and can no longer be used, due to them saying I never received. I have had the card two months and been using frequently. After talking with customer service and having to call, due to not hearing back from Kevin they let me know that I would have to order a new card.Service sucks I get everyone around is experiencing short staff, but there is a way of communicating that to clients. I am to experiencing short staff and communicate that to my customers. I spoke with Kevin and this has happened to me before with me reaching out to him and not getting any responses back. It was sad to leave BB&T now Truist after 17 years, but the lack of care was disheartening. I would recommend anyone not banking here.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Truist. The transition/ merger went far more smoothly than that with FirstBank (that was terrible h I left them) and staff have always been helpful, friendly and professional. Their online banking platform is user-friendly and I like that branchs seem to be located in many states.

There is always something with this branch. Thank God for the branch on Merrimon because they fixed ALL of their mistakes with ny account.

HORRIBLE. This bank bought out Suntrust and literally destroyed it. It was great before and I'd used Suntrust for 10 years. After they took over I had to move my personal and business accounts out of there. Long lines, incompetent staff couldn't find my accounts. I couldn't even get into my online banking for weeks. RUN.

Used the payment application and $349 lost by the payment app no one at this bank was able to help me find my money or even get me a hold of the company that lost my money. Don't use truest.

Do not bank with this Bank put my account in fraud for making a car payment and next week deposited the wrong amount in my account after I deposited a check, . And no one will pick up on the 24 hour customer service so now I have to wait till Monday take off work go talk to there supervisor and cancel my account thanks BB&T... The guy looks younger and has brownish black hair.

Do NOT sign up for the OnSite Deposit system. They advertise remote check deposits from your office instead of going to the Bank. DO NOT DO IT! The system is a nightmare. We have to call support a couple times a week; this has been going on for years. Yes, years. Stuck with the bank for various reasons. REPEAT: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE ONSITE CHECK DEPOSIT. Giving two stars here only because the folks at the bank are kind.

We are going through them for a construction loan and would not recommend them in any capacity. Archaic thinking and processes in every capacity. Slow service, WAY too many details and information incorrect for a major institution. As much as it pains me to say you are far better off going with one of the big banks.

Jeremy answered the phone this morning when I called about a mail problem from BB&T. Loved the smile in his voice. Gave him the details, he checked it out and called me back within the same hour. Don't know anything else about this bank other than Jeremy's service this morning was stellar.

Very unhelpful when trying to get quarters. I walked around the building twice reading the very confusing signs. Please state online that the lobby is closed, as well that some services are not available (which is understandable during these times). As an account holder I was very dissatisfied.
