I had to handle my deceased mothers account at Truist and has been the worst experience. No guidance on their processes and even after I came to the bank to handle her estate no one properly educated me on processes or assisted with those processes. My deceased mother was charged $12 a month for a maintenance fee because they failed to change the accounts correctly. I would never bank here!!!! Truist Trash

This bank has always been the worst one in town. I recently had a name change due to marriage. The banker at this location gave me a hard time and indicated I needed to bring my marriage certificate to change my name. Even though, my driver's license was already updated and is a valid form of identification. I went to another location and was updated within 2 minutes. The banker could have updated the name on the same visit when I was there. Instead gave me a hard time as if I was stealing money out of my own bank account for 500 dollars LOL! Why is there such a consistency issue with other locations?

$8.00 to cash a check drawn on this bank. The staff is rude and just regurgitated bank policies to me. The real reason for such a extortion fee is to try and force someone to open an account... This is not the way to get someone's business, so glad I don't bank at this place.

Today was my third visit to this branch, and I felt I had to leave a review. This branch is AMAZING! I have been to multiple other branches with a far worse experience. This branch seems to have some superhero staff. They have been EXTREMELY quick each time I have gone through the line, despite having some tricky things to deal with. No other branch on any other days have been able to handle my deposit as quickly as this one. I also have gone at the end of the day and yet they haven't had a line or it moves very quickly.I think this branch deserves recognition. Great staff, well run branch, and a true standout from other branches.

Truist has by far given me one of the worst experiences in my life. A deposit I've made countless times got flagged as suspicious so instead of asking me they immediately held it. For 7 days. For americans living paycheck to paycheck like me, this is nearly a death sentence. So, the system soft-locked me out of my money and nobody at the local OR corporate branch has the power to release it. Change banks immediately. I miss SunTrust already.

Lady refused loan payment because check wasn’t scribbled correctly... ridiculous, I’ve done that for past year n now all of the sudden she’s an expert
