I went for a consultation in order to get info before my daughter and I came in for piercings. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He was very easy to talk to, explained everything I needed to know, and created an overall great experience. I had only come in for info, but actually left with a nasal piercing. He was very professional with the piercing and there was almost no pain. The jewelry selection was incredible! Lots of things to choose from with different design styles as well as price points. I will definitely be going there again with my daughter, even though we live in the Knoxville, TN area. It is worth the drive!!

My friends and I booked with Inez during our girl’s weekend and the experience was absolutely amazing! With such clear understanding of anatomy, attention to detail for placement, and gentle guidance we felt confident and safe in the studio. Additionally, Inez was a perfect communicator; explaining each step, obtaining consent for all interactions, and checking in along the way. I have been to several other studios and this was by far my best experience. Adding in the artwork of in-house designed jewelry pieces and you’ve found the best place to go for your piercing needs! Thank you, Inez, for your laughter, support, and professionalism. We will continue to return when visiting Asheville!

Alan pierced my nose and he was incredible. I’ve only ever had my lobes pierced and was very nervous about having my nose pierced. Alan was very knowledgeable and it was super cool to know that he handmade the jewelry that he was piercing me with. He explained everything to me throughout the process and asked before touching me and piercing. He was super sweet and put me at ease, making conversation to distract me because I was nervous. The piercing ended up being quick and not very painful. It was over before I knew it and I walked away with a great new piercing. I’d definitely recommend, especially for anyone with sensitive skin as the jewelry is all nickel free and made in house. Even though I live in Knoxville, I’ll definitely be back for future piercings!

Best piercing experience I've had! Alan was incredibly kind and brimming with passion for his craft. I've never had a piercer or tattoo artist ask before touching - that's the sort of detail that really makes a difference! Also, all of the jewelry at this shop is so beautiful. V happy customer.

So I've been getting pierced here for years and from the get go I always felt at ease. Going to places like this can be intimidating, but the staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions. Their jewelry is amazing and all made with real gold (yellow, rose, and white). So many options and 100% worth it if you have sensitive ears. I believe I've gotten pierced by all current staff at this point, and I have no complaints about anyone. This last time, Inez was amazing. They actually talked me through what I wanted and made sure to let me know that what I did want probably wouldn't be the best option for my ear anatomy. They helped me decide on some different options and I walked out with three new piercings. Cannot recommend Bella enough to be honest and you won't go wrong with any of the staff because they're all incredibly knowledgeable and won't do you dirty.

My friend and I went this afternoon and saw Alan. The shop was very clean and well decorated. They make their own jewelry and all the pieces were so pretty it was hard to choose! Alan was very friendly and did a great job both explaining things and answering all our questions. His demeanor and thoroughness helped shake the nerves out. 10/10 would recommend !

First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the shop is!! I got my nipples done Monday with Inez, and that was easily the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. Wonderful human and super talented artist! Thank you so much!!
