What a terribly managed store. In the past 60 days, I have gone to Best Buy for an expensive purchase and both times, no one helped me. I requested assistance and then waited and waited. No one showed, ever. When I spoke to the manager, all I got was a bad attitude. They seem to think it is our privilege to shop there, so no need for good service. Seems others have experienced the same, so I will never again walk into that store. Poor service is ussually indicative of poor leadership.

This Best Buy store is miles above BB in Greenville and Anderson, SC. The staff in those 2 stores in SC, was aloof as well as untruthful when it came to the $$$ extra warranty. I refuse to buy anything else from those guys.

Unhelpful geek squad experience. Was told I couldn’t be helped within 5 minutes. Left with no answers or any new information with my iPhone battery issues. Stuck with a phone that loses all charge overnight when turned off. 1 year warranty was not honored.

Speedy service. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra through a third party. It was $400 off. The best deal out of all the tablets Samsung has out right now. The Samsung Galaxy was just released and after watching several videos comparing them to one another. The s8 and the s9 have only a few differences however having a brand new s8 to trade in off and when I feel the need to do so, paying a considerable amount less than most with an equally considerable trade in value. Work all that said Best Buy had the best deals on tablets.I opted for curbside because it was bitterly cold. I didn't even get a chance to sign in before the gentleman was carrying it out to me. He also made sure to get the required identifying information from me as well. All around good experience. The Arden location is also equally good. I purchased a 65-inch LG smart TV last month for$300. I was shocked at how cheap but it was part of their black Friday sale. A male employee took the time to get me caught up on all the different new TV resolutions out now which made me more confident that i was making q good purchase

Tried to get a $20.00 price match but as my past experiences they refused. They said the product was a different color therfore it was a different product. Therfore they got to keep their product and Walmart got our business. I decided to return my other purchased Christmas gifts mainly because how rude the manager was.!!!!

I did an online order. It was so easy and quick. A really nice female employee helped me and I was out. Quick and easy is how I like it...I will definitely be back..

It says right on the Best Buy website that they can do same day repair on iPhone screens. Yet, they neve Can and turn people away saying they have to ship the phone to Apple and can’t do repairs in store. It’s complete garbage. Somebody needs to manage that store properly.

Realize it is after the Holiday rush. The Store displays were in full force and extremely clean. The associates were helpful and considerate. Several items not available and understandable so after the Holidays. Overall, a thoughtful and helpful staff is great this day and age. Good job!
