I have been using their products for years with my small business and truly enjoyed working with them. I ordered $300 worth of product in August(2 months ago) for my business and and still haven't recieved it. All the while I'm still getting marketing emails from them. Like everyone else is saying online, it's impossible to reach them. I've sent emails, left voicemails......nothing. It's bizarre, and sad, and frustrating. This business is going under if it hasn't already so I suggest looking elsewhere for you CBD/THC needs.

If I can give you a zero I would. I have been a customer since 2018. Have purchased numerous items from you. The first time I had an issue was when one of my orders was incomplete. I have tried to call and email and can never get through. I let it go since I was happy with the products. This time I have had an issue with another of their products (Solventless CBD Muscle Gel). When I first purchased it, I loved it. Seemed to help my pain. Then when I purchased it again, it wasn't the same thing. I have reached out through email and phone calls. I haven't heard from anyone. When I tried to call again, their mailbox is full. Still no word. HORRIBLE customer service. They don't care obviously. Maybe they have enough clientele that they don't care about those of us who have been using them from afar. I will have to look for another business that cares.

Never got my order.The phone number only goes to voicemail.It's been over a month now and through several attempts at getting my order or a refund and I'm stuck trying to get my money back through Visa...

I would give them a zero if I could. Customer service is terrible. Play placed an order a couple weeks ago and haven't heard anything other than they took my money. Stay away from this company.

Long time client and have purchased from this company for years. Their location has seemed to disappear and no one will answer the phone or respond to emails. We have been using their product at our spa for years and unfortunately will have to look for a different company to work with. Very unfortunate and bad business!!

How can all your emails bounce? Not a good look! Screwed up my order and I cannot reach you, by phone or either email. The move to Tastemakers crappier website is disappointing and now lack of customer care at all is the last straw. Long time customer, but I'll try to find a better place to spend my money, unfortunately.

I have placed an order about 2 months ago with Blue Ridge Nutritionals for topical joint care products and have not received my order, have tried several times to get in contact with them via email, phone and Facebook messenger to no avail, no return communication and at this point I feel they have stolen my money. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and business they are running.

I am very disappointed with my purchase I bought from Blue Ridge Hemp company a few weeks ago. Firstly, I never got a tracking number to let me know when I would get it. What I got was a bogus Shop app update that they never updated to let me know if I would get my package. I waited over a month and nothing. So I canceled the order with my credit card and about a week after I received my stuff. I opened it up and gave them their money. Now that I have opened the product to use, it is practically unusable because it is a salve and is grainy and doesn't hold together. Do not buy from this company as they DO NOT care about their customers anymore! I had tried contacting them in everyway possible to no avail. I truly tried communicating so I could continue business. Yes, I finally got my product but its so disappointing after having used it for about 5 years. Never again!

Excellent products but the customer service has gone down hill dramatically!!! I remember when Will would answer the phone himself, I have been a customer that long. I get that BOGO sales and the move slowed you down, but you don’t return calls, messages or emails. The emails get returned from both Blue Ridge and Tastemakers. What a shame to do this to such a wonderful business. I received an incorrect order (almost 6 weeks after ordering) and have been trying to get them to correct it but to no avail. Still love the products but the hassle and long wait times are ridiculous!!

They're not open when they say they are, and their signs are totally unclear. Hopefully they'll go out of business soon and we can get a better hemp shop in their place. Asheville deserves better than this!

Placed an order back in March 2022 and have received nothing. It’s appalling considering why they are supplying these items - for people in pain. I have tried several different ways to contact this company and have not heard a peep.
