I've been driving for blue ridge since March. In fact I got hire a week before the country shut down. This has been the easiest job I've ever had. The people are friendly and professionals. I like how organized the company is. If there is a problem there are always people around to help.

Pharmacy is constantly growing and changing and this company adapts and grows with it. They strive for perfection, they push us to excel, and I am always learning something new. The health and safety of their employees is just as important as the health and safety of our patients. And while our job isn't always easy and things get stressful, when I clock out at the end of the day, I leave knowing I've made a difference.

I have worked for Blue Ridge long term care pharmacy since 2011, after previously working for a national LTC pharmacy corporation. Blue Ridge is a local pharmacy with a patient-family focused pharmacy. I feel as a healthcare individual, we must all be sensitive to urgent needs of our aging residents and their families, and Blue Ridge takes care of their customers day or night! Patient care is most important to me, and THAT is why I am proud to be part of this professional and caring team of leaders in our industry.

I have been with Blue Ridge for 3 years now and there’s never a day where I don’t learn something new. Here you are looked after and treated like you matter, not like any other job I’ve ever had. Our employees are as important as our patients. We continue to grow, we are pushed to excel, but management always has a listening ear out. I’m glad to call Blue Ridge home.

I have worked at Blue Ridge for a year and a half now. I have been able to grow in my career as a Pharmacy Technician. Working in order entry has been such a great learning experience and with that I was able to get Certified. I look forward to staying with this company for the years to come. Have been a driver for 1 month and have enjoyed every minute of it. Everyone seems to be real professionals at their job. HR was very helpful in setting everything up as far as payroll and how the pay system works. The vehicles are too notch and our routes are laid out with precision to make getting their quite easy. Would recommend this position for anyone who enjoys working with a quality organization,

I have worked at Blue Ridge for almost 5 years and it is truly the best job I have ever had. Management is open to listen when you have concerns or questions, and we honestly pull together like a family when it is time to get stuff accomplished. I worked retail pharmacy for 7 years before starting here and I can honestly say that this place has spoiled me, I could never go back to retail again. Best management and co workers you could ask for!!

I have worked here for almost 3 years and this is hands down the best job I've ever had. The people that work here are all pretty much like family and the supervisors and owners give you the opportunity to manage your home life and work life together. They are very understanding that people have lives outside of work and that things happen. This is a wonderful teaching pharmacy also. There is always room for growth. This company is getting bigger and bigger by the year and we were just awarded the Sky High Award which is a wonderful accomplishment for a local company.

I love this company! I have worked in pharmacy for over a decade, and while I love the work, the big boxes can grind you up. Not Blue Ridge. They have a work/life balance philosophy that they actually practice. I have never experience that in a job before. The business is owned by pharmacists, so when they make growth decisions they make sense. I am proud to be a part of this team!

I have been with Blue Ridge Pharmacy for almost a year now, and it is hands down the best work environment I’ve ever worked in. The management is wonderful, they make you feel valued and important, and always help when issues may come up. The staff is friendly and we all communicate well between the departments. The main focus is long term care for facility care (Assisted Living, Retirement Homes, etc.), and they are committed to the fullest to each and every patient we care for. Blue Ridge Pharmacy continues to grow as a company and I am honored to be an employee.
