Standard ingles as others in the area. The layout is a bit different than the south tunnel load so might have to spend a few more minutes. The ingles card is still an issue, the scanners do not recognize phone numbers if it was issued in another store.

First of all let me tell you about Ingles interview. All you need to do to get a job there...be a huge BEEOTCH and have a ugly, nasty and mean disposition. The more you hate the public then prepare for a management position. Second of all. When you come across a clearly identifiable cancer patient, you'll never have to ask them if they need help out with your groceries. Do all that and YOU ARE IN!!!

Well if you are black then don't expect any warm welcoming or friendly atmosphere I'm very use too it visiting here is okay but I will never shop here or move to this town , I know the breed of people that I'm dealing with here so I'm never surprised just alert and on point they did have what I wanted and there almond milk is higher than any other grocery store Thank God I made it out of there alive

Kudos to Justin in the meat department!! I'm so grateful to him for preparing my cuts of meat exactly as needed as well as giving me pointers on how best to slice. He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you to the rest of the store staff!

I had never been to an Ingle's before but I really like them. Ingle's has an upscale feel and the selection is great. We purchased great cheeses, deli meats, amazing fruits and veggies. The starbucks inside was a nice touch. Very convenient gas station on premises

"American owned" has always bothered me. Stopped in to use the bathroom on a road trip and it was horrible. From the filthiest bathroom to the rude old ladies working. No happiness, no kindness, just nasty-ness. Maybe American owned means no diversity in cute Asheville.

I see that this is the big supermarket in the area. We stopped in to use the bathroom and get some coffee along the way to our weekend a getaway. It's pretty big in size. There is a Starbucks to your immediate right. Bathrooms were on the left across the store. I was shocked to see a video rental store inside. You don't see that anymore! There is also a Dropbox out front for the videos. They had a lot of bakery items and a whole candy section. I was also very impressed to see a charging station for cars.

Easy in and out. I found exactly what I needed - club soda! They had the usual brand selection in used to finding at other groceries so I could choose from my favorites! When we visit Asheville, it's not uncommon for us to stop at an Ingles as I find HEB overly pricey.

#grateful for awesome manager Tim Owenby his store is always so neat and organized his employees always seem to go above and beyond the produce is always the freshest ever I am the owner of Asheville moving company I often times send my employees to pick up free moving boxes so we can share them with the community we are grateful that Ingles goes above and beyond to support Lake community these boxes have cardboard value if you sent a pound and could easily be sold out the back door but instead Ingles chooses to pay labor cost to stack them up neatly carry them for the front of the store and recycle them they are so perfect for loading book's loading can goods a huge variety of items can be put in the milk boxes and get several more uses out of them I was able to learn all my social media skills riding in the buggy with my grandmother over 40 years ago in the Burnsville location we would always go to the store to get bread and milk and it would normally take about 2 hours this was way before Facebook so my grandmother got to chat and meet all her friends and Neighbors in the Isles of the grocery store I'm sure I was observing and absorbing all this knowledge Ingles has a special place in my heart please support them as much as possible they have been supporting us for years way before the other grocery store started competing with them

Can't believe the ingles I've been going to for years would let it be acceptable to allow cashiers to be on their phone while at work...our cashier tonight Kendall was more interested in her phone than ringing us up...she didn't even speak to us...next time we will go the extra mile to Harris teeter where I never see cashiers on their phone...ridiculous and completely rude...I'm sure another store will be more than happy to take my money and at least speak to me!!! We will take our business else where...

Wonderful customer service in their pharmacy! Unfortunately the Rite Aide I used for over 20 years went out of business and Walgreens bought them out. I was told that my insurance would be valid at Walgreens and all I had to do was pickup my prescription. Yesterday, I went to get my medication that usually costs $30 for three months and was charged $216. They looked at me like I had two heads when I questioned the price. It took them over 24 hours and conversations with 7 people to find out that Walgreens does not accept my insurance. Luckily Ingles on Merrimon takes my insurance and they were very nice. I talked to one person over the phone who took my information and then called me back promptly within the hour. If you don't have to use Walgreens go to Ingles. You'll be happy you did!
