The managers are incredibly rude, I work at Starbucks and they are just out of pocket rude people. Do not come here, they always assume someone is stealing. I have never had such rude management no one deserves to be treated in such way, especially employees. Please take my comment into consideration thank you all for reading.

I have been witness to shoplifting several times in this particular store. I understand the reluctance for management to get involved and limitations to getting involved in shoplifting situations. Two teenage boys blatantly stole large cans of alcoholic beverages. Took alcohol out of the cooler, walked down the soda aisle while slipping it in to their fanny pack and jackets. They did this two separate times. They knew I saw them and they didn't even seem to care. Before they left the store I reported it to the store manager on duty. He said, "two teenage boys?" I said, yes. He said, "they just walked out." Manager- "thanks for reporting it." No phone call (police/security), no nothing. He seemed to be absolutely unconcerned about shoplifting. I know the costs of shoplifting are passed on to consumers and I've been told that shoplifting is a tax write-off, but why is nothing being done? If you want photos or video watch the store cameras, if they even have any. 5:30pm, Saturday, 26 Nov 22.

Really nice ingles- relatively new. It's on my way home from the gym so I stop here frequently. The parking lot is spacious and there a gas station. Just watch where you park because very early and very late they close the two end doors. The store is huge and bright with a Starbucks. The shelves are well stocked. Even during the cat food shortage they had some things- more than most. They have a great bakery and produce selection. Not a lot on sale but a ton of options. The lines are never too long either.

Ingles Curbside service at 1865 Hendersonville Rd., Asheville, NC is great. Happy Valentine's Day! A pleasant surprise. Thank you for a sweet day. Also: - Ingles doesn't shop for my groceries 7 hours in advance. I have time to add any forgotten items and my frozen foods aren't thawed! - Ingles almost always has my order, no extra trips for missing supplies. - Ingles online grocery shopping is easier. - I quit other stores who respond with annoying emails and no help. Ingles has local, friendly, competent help with quick responses. Thanks Ingles, keep up the good work, you are much appreciated!

Posting on my main account also because I want my voice to be heard , this is my story the man had brownish black hair maybe 5'10-5'11 was a stocker : Went in for some Medicine with my husband tonight , cvs was closed so this was my only option I go into the isle get my Mucinex my Aleve Nety pot and then went to switch isles and exit to go find some tea and then to check out by 21:13 The worker unpacking things near the Med isle screamed something that I couldn't pick out what he was saying but it was in a VERY RUDE scream almost exploding angry screams and directed toward me and my husband mind you he is deaf . Idk who that man is but if I see him there again I WILL BE REPORTING HIM TO A MANAGER in hopes he will lose his job ! IM SURE HE WAS JUDGING APPRENTICES AND DISCRIMINATING AND BEING RUDE TO DEAF PEOPLE . I RATE THIS INGELS A NEGATIVE 10 STARS FIND ANOTHER INGLES!

We've been staying at a hotel right in downtown Asheville and we thought it was going to take a while to get to the Starbucks and other things near the Lowe's where we get stuff for our house we're renovating, but it is a quick jaunt from downtown Asheville all the way out to Smoky Park Highway. This is a super big Ingles for the Asheville market. Really good organic selection. It's righit next to our gym too! (and the chik fi la!) - L

When I was house sitting in Asheville, I used Ingles to purchase my groceries. Their website was very easy to create my account and use for online ordering. I found I really liked their system, too; they used text messages to communicate when the order was being picked, or to contact and ask about substitutions. That's better than the other 2-3 places I've used for pickup, who either completely are detached and you go to a website to view substitutions or don't allow substitutions at all. I placed one order the day before a sale ended, and got a message that they'd shopped the order the day before I had ordered to pick it up so that I could get the sale price on one of the items I had ordered. Wow, what fantastic service! I was so appreciative of that. They even said I could come and get it that evening; it had actually been the day I had been hoping to pick up (but placed my online order too late to do so), but I had ended up making other plans for the evening and wasn't able to make it before the pickup ended. I got it the next day and everything was perfect, plus I paid a little less since they were so conscientious. This location looks a bit newer so I'm sure it's big and bright inside, but I'm avoiding grocery stores these days. They also have a gas station, and the prices were very competitive and when I got to Tennessee or Kentucky later, found that Ingles was less expensive so I was glad I'd filled up here. I'd definitely recommend Ingles to anyone and I'll be shopping there when I'm next in North Carolina.

Local area Asheville moving company says thanks to Jake store manager we are so grateful for the free moving boxes Ingles provides for the community we are aware that cardboard has hey value per pound out the back door we are aware that you have to pay employees to stack and organize these boxes and bring them to the front of the store so that customers can use them time and time again Ingles has been a part of my life for over 50 years I remember learning social media and the buggy with my grandmother Burnsville Ingles we would walk there to get milk and bread and we would spend hours there communicating with our neighbors finding out the latest gossip I'm sure all of my social media skills were learned in the buggy at a Ingles grocery store thank you thank you for being a part of my community loyal customer for ever Bruce Hensley owner of Asheville moving company

I eat lunch at ingles quite often but it has become an argument about inaccurate pricing when paying for the food. They advertise a drink for an additional $1.00 with any deli meal. When youho to the register yhey charge you a $1.50 for a drink. When you tell them it is supposed to be $1.00 you get the dear in the headlights look and a back and forth about the price. It is bad enough that the price went up $1.00 on all their meals across the board. Having to correct the cashiers everyday is poor training.

It's pretty sweet to be greeted by a kind, welcoming, smiling face Garden/Floral Department employee, opposed to immediately looking at an Ingles Starbucks, upon walking in. No worries, there IS a Starbucks in this location, it's just located to your immediate right upon waking in. So nice. This revamped Ingles is super clean and modern, with some specialty grocery store perks. The cashiers and employees bagging your groceries are extremely friendly and accommodating. I feel super lucky to have this location near our home.

Decent grocery in Asheville. Nice selection of produce and beer and wine. Staff are pretty friendly. In a great neighborhood by some good restaurants.
