I brought my car in around 11 in the morning. I got a call back from the mechanic maybe 20 minutes after I drop the car off. The mechanic was very detailed and his explanation. I was able to pick my car up the same day and the mechanic found a a problem with my brakes made an adjustment for free. with my brakes. Made an adjustment for free and advise me to add advise me To keep in mind that I have 10% of brake lining left on the one we all that was affected by an interference problem. Very professional.

These guys were recommended to me by a local FB group. I'm a pretty trusting guy so I went with where the community pointed me. I paid 8,000 dollars to have my engine replaced. Something I was willing to get on board with as I love my Tacoma and they assured me that they would get a solid second hand motor, and swap all the seals out and test it before installing.
The day I got it back I smelled coolant so I took a look under the hood. When the tech installed the new engine they must of broke the coolant reservoir...instead of buying a new part for this they tried to glue. That lasted a day, resulted in coolant spilling all over and a potential engine overheat. I let this go. We are all human..shit happens and that employee made a bad judgement call. I let it go.
I leave my truck at times to go away for work, Fast forward a few months, when I go to do my first oil change I notice it is a bit low. After changing we ran it for a bit and noticed there was a tiny bit of oil coming out of my valve cover gasket.
When we replaced it we came to see the gasket was dry rotted and really old...Meaning the initial promise that the engines seals would all be replaced and that it would be tested before installation were a lie.
A few months later I had to replace the head gasket as well. I am really bummed that I trusted them with such a big job only to be left with a problematic issue.
I would not recommend them for big repairs.

I gotta tell ya, honest and friendly people.
The cost was less than average, plus a one year warranty!
The waiting area is spacious, enough for 3 show cars too 😎
I've used this business 3 times now and they just get better. They don't upsell, they quote only the work that's needed and stick to that quote.
My 3rd repair was a lot of work and it was finished on time, I was able make an important appointment.
They even replaced another part for free👍👍👍
I Definitely recommend this business! ✌️

It is difficult to find a mechanic that is professional ,competent, and fairly priced. Cox automotive is all of these things. They do maintenance and repairs. And do it right the first time.
Beautiful new waiting area and showroom.
I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Cox Auto Service always does an excellent job getting my family’s vehicles maintained and repaired at a reasonable cost. They are fair, honest and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Cox Auto Service to anyone who is in need of auto repair or required vehicle maintenance.

These people are very sweet . They fixed my van and now it's working better and I'm not using as much gas. They were patient with me and they do not take forever to get your vehicle fixed. The lady at the front stayed in contact with me the whole time my van was there and that's greatly appreciated! The kind man at the counter thank you for your grace and for being thorough.

I brought my van in for an engine tune-up, hoping it would fix a recurring issue. It was having a surging idle and would sputter bad on the highway and eventually shut off. I paid around $650, but the van is driving the same, if not worse, than before. What bothers me most is that when I requested the tune-up, the shop could’ve been upfront and told me it probably wouldn’t solve the problem — instead, they just went ahead with the work. I left feeling like I paid for something that didn’t actually address the issue. On top of that, the staff rushed me to move my vehicle off their lot and weren’t particularly polite about it. I expected more honesty and care for the price I paid.

My car was running rough. And making a ticking noise I took it to Cox auto service for them to check to see what the problem was. There were several things that needed repairs.
Cox auto servicers was able to repair them in a timely manner.
And pricing wasn't too bad for this day and time. And she runs like a new car. Very satisfied. 😊
