Just one cashier who is also the pharmacist. In line for over 10 minutes to buy basic convenience store necessities.

Zero stars for this train wreck. Find another pharmacy. Very rude pharmacy clerk and the store is a dump.

Well it happened again, only this time the pharmacist hung up the phone on me. The website says they have a drive up window, and they do not.

I am down with allergies and was able to walk-in, grab the medication I needed and get out. The cashier was very friendly too.

I've been to this particular pharmacy twice now and both times were not a good experience. CVS likes to run their store short-staffed and I really do feel for the staff. The store itself seems outdated and it's not a nice vibe. The last time I was in there, I went to pick up my RX and it wasn't ready 20 minutes after it was sent in. The staff said it would be a few minutes and I waited patiently at the register. A long time went by and I felt this may have been due to staff being overwhelmed with all their duties. As I was walking out I thought it was funny they sent a call to my phone to notify me my RX was ready; strange they wouldn't have let me know that while I was standing at the register. I've decided it's best to support local and I'll be going to B&B pharmacy from now on. I certainly don't want my dollars supporting a poor business model and unhealthy work environments.
