I get my daughters medicine here. The staff are always professional and friendly (compared to some pharmacies I've been to). Their long receipt has a lot of really good coupons as well.

I am very happy with the services I receive consistently at CVS, 1080 Hendersinville Road, in Asheville. I am assisted expertly, promptly and very courteously. I couldn't ask for more and this is the only pharnacy I use.

The self checkout made me show my ID to the cashier. I've never been carded for Benadryl before. The single cashier in the store was busy helping other customers. Why do they even bother having these things?

The covid test capturing box is not HIPAA compliant. It is a box with a lid that opens at the top and, when it is full, the test bags are open to tampering or theft. These bags also contain medical samples and people's private medical information. I informed the pharmacist and he stated \\\"I don't know why someone would do that but I'm sorry.\\\"

I've gotten Covid tests here several times (my elderly parents are in my bubble, and it makes them feel better for me to get regular testing despite my pretty strict practices). It used to be quick and easy - pull up, tell your name and DOB, swab, drop, go. Now they insist on handling my insurance card and driver license each time despite already having the insurance info uploaded through my appointment request and having seen my license several times. It took an hour for me to get through the line today. This is nuts! I'm going to have to figure out somewhere else to get tested.

The employees here have always made me feel so comfortable. They never are judgy and actually seem like they like their job. I have been a client for years and I not only have had no bad experience, but always ones that are why I have written this review. Thank you staff for your kindness❤️
