Just a poor facility altogether. Worked for them 3 months ago. As a past employee I can say that Fedex does not care how their customers are treated and it actually extends to the starter employee positions.Management is a joke who can barely follow the company guidelines let alone grasp the concept of confidentiality.

They never deliver my packages to my house, I always have to chase my packages down. I know the neighbors also enjoy this too, it is such a fun game! This is very disappointing when you order so you don't have to run all over the place to shop! Also, I'm disappointed that you can't make a complaint online, so I'm leaving a Google review that is useless but giving me an outlet to vent.

Whoever the main driver is for the WNC area (Swannanoa, Black Mountain, etc.) is an idiot. Multiple complaint calls later, and I STILL cannot get a single package delivered to MY address, to MY door, or ON TIME as stated. I track every package, and it always leaves this facility at 5 am, and it never gets near me (I can't say it was delivered to my house) until 8 or 9 pm that night! And that is even if it is delivered that day as promised! Packages left at the end of the road at a neighbor's house in the flower bed BELOW a massive sign with their address on it (meaning the driver has a colossal indication it is the wrong address and doesn't care), thrown in the road like trash, left on top of my mailbox IN THE RAIN or on the ground below my mailbox and NEVER actually delivered to my door. I spent all day off work waiting for a package that required a signature, with the promise it was being delivered today, only to have it not be delivered! I left this freaking facility at 5 am this morning, and this location is not even that far from my house! It's incredibly ridiculous every time. I wish companies would let you choose who they mail your stuff through because I would NEVER pick FedEx again if I could.

This delivery service is the worst I've ever had. Driver has left parcels in front of my garage door where we could reverse our car over them, or literally hurled them onto the front porch. No respect at all.

Continuously mis-deliver my packages, throw them on the ground down the road nowhere near my house and have horrible customer service that lies over and over. A package was delivered to the wrong address, I made a claim and it was closed as delivered. I then got a call from where is was mis-delivered to so I updated FedEx as it was over 100lbs and I can’t lift, via email since you can’t get on the phone with anyone, and they told me to contact the original person I ordered it from for a replacement. Why would they spend their time and resources on a mistake that was not theirs? Go retrieve the package and deliver it correctly. I would pay double shipping to avoid FedEx, such a horrible experience over and over.

You absolutely cannot call this branch to ask a human a question. I needed to confirm that this branch takes passport photos and instead I get stuck in a phone tree that WILL NOT connect me to a human. Do I have to drive to this branch to ask a simple question?

Not completely sure which FedEx this young man works from. "Philip" picks up our Businesses Fed Ex shipment daily from the Sweeten Creek /I40 area in Asheville daily. We are not always ready for him yet he waits patiently and respectfully on us as needed. His professionalism is very much appreciated and i hope this complimentary observation makes its way to him. Fed Ex is rather hard to find a business phone on for specific local areas. Thanks Philip. Strong Work!

Lazy and horrible service if that’s what you can call it. If it were a service the delivery driver would actually deliver my packages instead of lying and saying no one was home.5 adults were and are here. Also this package does not require a signature.

This is the best hidden secret to getting my packages out after work hours. Cut off time is 7 p.m. love it. Why go anywhere else.Kevin is outstanding in customer service when you go in. Thanks for your hard work.

I rate this delivery not even one star! They told us our delivery was going to be before ten in the morning .WRONG!!! they showed up at six that evening. Their customer service is non existence!!! This is not the first time we were treated like this. DONT EVER USE FEDERAL EXPRESS YOU WILL BE SORRY

For the third time I have called the FedEx 1-800 number to complain about packages put in inappropriate locations. The first was when a neighbor who lives a quarter mile from me brought me a small package his dog was tearing apart in the woods nearby. The second was when a large package was left at an intersection about an eighth of a mile from my house, on the ground, invisible when I drove past it; I only found it when I was walking my dog. I then contacted FedEx and left explicit instructions that packages should be left either inside a plastic bin beside the gate into my yard, labeled "FedEx and UPS", or if it's too big or raining, it should be brought inside the yard to the front porch and put on a chair. Today I found it in the gravel of the driveway, which I suppose was an improvement over 1/8 of a mile away, but the package was small and the dog would no doubt have loved it. This has to stop! I can't figure out how to call anyone who might be making the deliveries - I live in Tryon, NC, which is quite a distance from Fletcher -

This review is for FedEx as a whole, not this location. Don’t pay for overnight because even if you are at your location waiting on it all day, the delivery driver may not get it to you. Delivery time of 10:14am, which I was here, and then rescheduled for 3pm, so I wait around all day. Waste of day. So my option is to drive 40 minutes or wait for Monday delivery and hope it gets delivered. If you are waiting on super important documents, don’t rely on FedEx! Use USPS who knows their daily routes or be prepared for worse case scenario.
