THE GUY THAT HAD IS HAIR BLACK AND PURPLE STREAKS LIKE FEDEX'S COLORS WAS AWESOME. HE WAS PATIENT WITH US. HE PACKED THE WHOLE UNIT UP FOR US. HE WAS POLITE. I'M NOT SURE HIS NAME BUT IF HE WAS EVER TO QUIT FEDEX SHOULD DO ALL THEY CAN TO GET HIM BACK BY!!

I've gone to this location for years and I really enjoyed my interaction with the staff, they were helpful and very personable. That changed for a while in 2022 – there was a new man (older with graying hair) who seemed to be a new manager. He was rude, unfriendly and not very personable and did not seem to enjoy customer service or being gracious to customers – the exact opposite of the staff that had been there for years. I'm not sure if he's still there as of 2024. – Update to this review, winter of 2024, he's still there

I work for a local wine importer and often need to ship many samples out throughout the week. When I first started working for the company I was intimidated about the amount of times I would need to go into FedEx but the staff always put me at ease and made the process so smooth. Ayla as well as all the other team members have always been so helpful when it comes to all my needs whether that be printing, shipping multiple boxes at once either domestic/international, or just answering any questions I have. It’s always a pleasure walking in everyone is friendly, warm, and is never flustered or upset no matter how busy or stressful it seems. Out of many stores and businesses I frequent this store location is at the top. To show my appreciation of them this year I got them some Christmas cookies from a local business that’s how much their service has stood out to me. Amazing service, staff, the drivers also always go out of their way for me when they are in the store too. Gotta Love FedEx!

Always friendly, my little therapy dog loves it there. The staff are always polite, helpful and courteous.. Haven't had a problem yet that they haven't been able to correct ???? (Thankfully because Piper wants to help fix things too). Maybe to some the pet friendly environment isn't a big thing but to me it reflects the overall personnel.

I LIVE IN APARTMENT COMPLEX "NOT A BUSINESS OFFICE"! THERE IS NO MAILROOM IN MY BUILDING! SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO MY APARTMENT DOOR ~ NOT THE FIRST TIME; FLETCHER DELIVERY JUST THREW PACKAGE ON FLOOR BY MAILBOXES FOR ANYONE TO TAKE/STEAL

I had two very negative FedEx experiences that began at this location (three if you count my visit to get clarification and got only self-righteous defensiveness from the manager). The first (and less egregious) involved sending a new iPhone to my daughter in Puebla City Mexico where she was doing a semester abroad (she had been mugged and her phone stolen). When asked the value of the phone, because I didn't know any better I declared that actual value of the new phone. I didn't know that according to Mexican customs laws my daughter would be charged $130 excise tax and that FedEx would not give her the phone until she paid this. It was two weeks before my daughter was able to determine the exact location of the phone and scrounge up the money and a ride to the FedEx distribution center to get the phone. I was perplexed that I had entrusted international shipping experts FedEx to make this delivery yet had gotten no indication that there could possibly be a problem; still I resigned myself to "live and learn" and moved on. Eight months later I needed to ship necessary prescription medication to another daughter in Germany. Again, there was no indication that there could be any obstacle to delivery, just a question about how fast I wanted it to arrive (I paid premium for fastest delivery). My daughter was at the delivery address at the appointed time with her ID ready to sign--no delivery. It was several days and many phone calls to FedEx before the FedEx agent determined that the package was not clearing customs because Germany does not allow import and delivery of prescription medication to an individual, only to a pharmacy or physician. We attempted to change the delivery address to that of a pharmacy so that my daughter could get her medication, but FedEx could not accomodate this. So the package was returned to me, and my daughter had to do without needed medication. The final rub is that now FedEx is charging me $243 for the return of the package!!! $400, and my daughter didn't even get her medicine!!! I understand (now) that customs laws are different everywhere, and that an individual FedEx clerk can't be expected to know the customs laws for a particular country -- but if FedEx claims to be the international shipping expert, and they accept my package and my money without hesitation or question, my expectation is that the package will be delivered. If the clerk was not in a position to advised or inform, AT THE VERY LEAST they might have said to me "have you researched customs laws to ensure that there will be no issues with your delivery, as I cannot advise you on this point?" Just a LITTLE hint that I needed to do a little extra work (as FedEx would not be doing that work) to ensure that there would be no issues. When I visited this shop to make this point in person, the manager referred to all the pages of verbiage I signed, saying this absolved FedEx of all responsibility and basically it was my problem. I think this is a cheap defense and bad business practice. I am telling as many people as I can about my terrible experience with FedEx, and I certainly will never use FedEx again.
