I have held a 5/3 Bank Platinum Master Card for about 6 years. Used it frequently, paid on time and more than the minimum amount. Recently, I purchased an automobile, bought a home, and obtained a low interest loan to consolidate some debt. The effect of all three at once lowered my credit score, but this is only a temporary condition. While checking my credit report, noticed that my credit limit with this bank's Mastercard had been arbitrarily lowered. I contacted customer service by phone, spoke to two people, and neither one could explain why this happened or offer any means to correct the issue. I was told that I would have to wait to recieve a letter in the mail before they could do anything. Bear in mind, there has been no change in my job status, income, payment history, and I have a perfect payment record with this and all other cards going back over the last 10 years. Absurd that this has happened due to some automated score pull without looking at any real facts or offering the loyal customer any options to mitigate the issue. Customer service on this is essentially nonexistent.

The ATM is not located at this point. It is between the Barnes and Noble and the barbeque place across the block. Its hard to find if you don't know. The Coldwell Bankers man was very helpful, since its not there

This is not a bank. This a realtor location and their is no Bank in sight. There is however an atm a few blocks away. I drove 1 hour to this location hoping it would be a bank but it was an atm.

Not even a damn bank, it's a loan office. Got me all running in circles trying to find a branch.

My experience with Fifth Third Bank have been nothing but a nightmare. I have a credit card with Fifth Third Bank, and I'm surprise how sad and outdated the payment system is. Since I don't have Fifth Third Bank checking account the only way I can make a payment is by phone, and there is a $15 fee for that. There's no way to make a payment online or through automated system or in person because I don't have a branch nearby.
