The staff is very personable. They have great prices on most anything. The store stays overly packed with merchandise. Is that a gift and a curse.

I was totally disrespected by a bunch of teenagers that worked there. The place was a mess and where they had been stocking, they left trash everywhere which is a safety hazard. I said something to them and took a picture and they yelled at me and told me to leave and never come back. Lol. I have reported it and will be contacting district and corporate.

I've always enjoyed going to 5 below. When my kids were small they loved this place. We went about a week ago to get some birthday things for my Son. I have to say I am taken back at the expense of item's. It's unrealistic to expect people to pay these prices at a place called 5 below. Honestly nothing should be more then 5-10. All the stuff is from China and poorly made. The candy is about the only thing you can find now that's reasonable.

Oh my goodness you guys I'm in love with this place 😍 It's got all kinds of different things but my favorites have got to be all of the strawberry shortcake stuff and I mean the cartoon I grew up with! I will be back for another haul of way more pink things and lots more strawberry shortcake items ❤️

Could have spent a fortune in here. I had been in one before but I guess never paid attention to the items until my last trip and I seriously had to stop and pick 5 items I wanted and leave and that was soooo hard to do.

So I was in the store today with members at around 11:30. There was an older lady and a yonger one working. She was rude would not help us find some items, this is not the first time this has happened. Is the money they have not good enough?
