“I ordered a very large and somewhat expensive flower arrangement with latex balloons, chocolate, and a bear for my sister who was in the hospital on her birthday waiting on cancer test results. She was very surprised, but I was a little underwhelmed by what they sent. I gave them feedback when I found out some of the stuff hadn't made the trip. They responded and stated that they had a supply chain issue and would rectify it as soon as possible. Well, my mom messaged me today and said that my sister was blown away by what they sent. They more than made up for the issue and I couldn't be more pleased. I am in Arizona and can't be there and because of Blossom's attention to my sister, I am smiling at her pictures and reaction to the deliveries. I am very happy and will use Blossom again, without hesitation.”
