Unprofessional. Period. Waited two hours after my prescription was called in by the physician. Then drove 30 minutes across town. For the lady to say “I was about to call you and tell you we are out.” I know I’m not the only customer. However, to arrive 2 1/2 hours later. There is no excuse for that. Won’t be back.

Absolutely love both locations for Genoa pharmacy all the staff are so welcoming and polite. Great choose for your pharmacy needs.
