I love everything about this brand - from what they represent to the quality of their product. Shipping is fast and the responses from customer service is prompt. I love the Vegan cork accents with name engraving and I receive many compliments on the bowties. Ellie absolutely loves her Geopetric products!! We joined the affiliate program, and love sharing our love for the business! We ordered the puppy starter pack, and I got a matching bracelet and we already can not wait to order more items. The collar fits comfortable on Ellie and the products are just so cute and durable. Not only that, the company helps important causes all over and is made from recycled and eco-friendly materials, how can it get better than that? Thanks for being awesome Geopetric! If i could give 0 stars I would. I initially loved this brand. Loved the products. Loved everything about it. Until recently - I placed an order for valentines day. I was able to place my order, got order confirmation, and got a shipment email. Then a few days later - I got a refund notice with NO EXPLANATION. I had used a VISA gift card which was given to me around the holidays for payment, which was no longer in my possession. The company was NOTHING BUT RUDE. The suggested I call VISA, to which I did and was informed that the last four digits is NOT enough information for them to give me anything (WHICH MAKES SENSE). So I explained that via email - and the company just said in a nut shell "sorry for the inconvenience there's nothing we can do, call VISA". I'm not sure how this is good service, or how now I'm out of what I purchased and money because they refused to identify an issue with the customer. I tried to ask them for store credit instead - or even just WAIT for the item since they said it was back ordered. I would have been MORE THAN FINE WITH THAT! But no, because they don't reply, I tried to contact via social media and email, and they continue to not only ignore me but block my accounts. I have said nothing bad aside from explain my frustration in a professional way to try to obtain help. But no, this company doesn't care about customers, makes me wonder if they care about animals....

The material and design are high quality BUT the plastic clasp for the collars and harness are CHEAP. My 60lbs dog pulls apart the plastic clasp on the collar and the harness is constantly loosening up which creates a constant battle to keep tightening during hikes. We also have the cooling bandanas which I would recommend!
