I would not purchase any of their facial products. There is no return policy!! Instead go to ulta for dermalogia products, or just purchase online straight from ClarityRx. Both of which have very good return policies outlined on their website. Hope this is helpful so you don't get stuck spending a whole lot of money on a product you do not like.

The massages are really nice but the membership program is not great and I do not recommend signing up for it. Not easy to get out of and it is not timely. I had to pay 80 dollars to cancel. I know that’s probably written somewhere in a contract but the membership was definitely pushed on me at checkout so I was unable to read the stipulations. With the holidays, that just really hurt my bank account. Rachel was not the kindest to speak to on the phone either and it was just frustrating. I will be back to use my last massage because I cannot be refunded. I always tip the massage therapist very well but after this experience, I will no longer be coming to this establishment.

I have been a member for a year and ever since the change of ownership, things have gone downhill. Prices have gone way up (and massage therapists are still paid the same as before!), you have to pay extra for every little thing and no one ever picks up the phone.I went for a massage tonight which ended at 5:30 and I didn’t leave the place till 6pm because it took 30 minutes to check me out. The front desk person couldn’t figure out how my 9000 + points (which would equal to an hour of free hot stone massage) suddenly disappeared and I stood there as she tried to redo the whole transaction and I still left without it being fixed. Supposedly a manager will call me to fix it. We’ll see about that. Also, I was given the runaround around canceling my membership and neither of the two people working at the front desk could give me a straight answer when I asked when the last payment would be.It sucks because this used to be a great place with great customer service, but sadly it has become horrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Sad to say I would NEVER recommend this place! I have been a member for years and am experiencing the WORST customer service. The ownership changed and things are awful now. I just left another voicemail. I have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks and no one will return my calls. I have made 10+ attempts to get ahold of someone. I froze my account late this summer, I wasn't notified when the charges restarted and they raised my rate by 15 dollars without telling me. I tried to cancel before the payment cycled again this month, but I need to cancel through the location I signed up at and they wont send me the form. So shady and unprofessional. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I don't know what else to do. Ill happily take this down if someone will take care of me as a loyal customer.

They canceled on me on my birthday. I understand life happens and people call out. But a massage is typically associated with something celebratory and ends up being more disappointing than an average cancellation. The receptionist was trying to schedule me for 5 hours after my original massage. I was in the area specifically to get that massage and live nowhere near there. No discount offered. I personally feel like they should’ve given me a free massage because it really affected my day and took a lot of mental willpower to not let it ruin my birthday all together.

It is virtually impossible to get someone at reception to pick up the phone to make an appt. I have gone to the tunnel rd location in Asheville several times due to this issue. I am hoping management will do something about this because it is very frustrating and you have to wait hours for someone to call you back.

This is my go-to place when I want to schedule some me time and relax! It never disappoints! The establishment is beautiful, clean and peaceful. Each member of the Staff from the Front Desk to the Therapists are friendly & professional.I’ve opted for the membership, which gives a slight discounted rate and charges my card monthly.I usually choose the Swedish Massage every month, but recently upgraded to a 90-minute Hot Salt Stone Massage. That was the best!!!!The Rooms are comfortable and even contain an Air Purifier. The Beds are heated, and can be adjusted to temperature preference.My therapist is Cheyenne, whom I immediately felt comfortable with. She is very skilled in treating the areas that she finds need work, and in making recommendations for the next visit. She has made tremendous progress on my neck and shoulders! Now that I’ve mentioned her, hopefully I can get booked with her again! ?

This office has very much improved on therapist availability and scheduling over the last several months. I was able to get a 90 minute massage with extras added with very short notice. My massage therapist was excellent. I think I was the last person of the day, but there was still staff there to help me. I will be keeping my monthly membership intact!

This place is amazing from the first time you walk in and Rachel helps you at the front desk. Then I had Taylor massage away Everything that was hurting me on my lower back shoulders and neck. I currently feel like I do not have a lower back neck or shoulders. I’ve never gotten a massage like this before! If you need one this is the place to go ask for Taylor!?

I don’t like that the front desk lady asking me to tip Like that’s my choice if I want to tip it was embarrassing for me because a costumer was in the lobby and the front desk lady she was like you wanna leave gratitude I like the service but don’t ask me to tip I already paid you $200

I joined with a membership, which I absolutely loved so much that I would buy gift cards for family & friends during their black Fridays sales. Now here are my issues. 1. They never informed me that the gift cards starting with PR have to be used within a year and ones starting with NC never expired. I randomly was talking to the person doing my massage about the gift card and she let me know so a few never got to be used 2. About six months into my membership staff kept leaving like flies so it was hard to keep consistency, I worked with it with hopes of it improving 3. It was annoying to be called as I'm driving to my 9am appointment at 8:45am that it's cancelled after I just got a confirmation text from them to make sure I was coming to the appointment. 4. It became very difficult to make appointment due to lack of staff and I was super flexible with my availability. 4. I decided to cancel my membership due to their scheduling issues & lack of staff. I had one 60minute session left in my package. I had been calling several times since I canceled to make an appointment which proved to be difficult as they never had available times/dates. I even left my name and number to be called back. Well finally months later still can't schedule a time, but the receptionist says my session has expired because I needed to use it with 60 or 90 days. I gave her the spill of what I have went through the last few months of trying to secure an appointment and I wasn't informed about this rule. I have been tossed around from person to person (some rude might I add), promised call back from the manger Ally weeks later still nothing. I'm annoyed but decided it's not worth my time to keep calling. They just won't get my business or my friends or families. I won't recommend them to anyone. If that had a clue about business, they would know word of mouth is the best. I will give a negative review each time. I'm in customer service daily with tourist visiting the area looking for recommendations and I will advise them to stay from away from here.
