Emailed them, and messaged them on Reverb with no replies. Called them for days, with no answer and the "voicemail box is full" routine. I took my business elsewhere, they lost the sale of a $3500 guitar.

Excellent place to buy sell or trade musical equipment. They also have a repair center as well. I drove 2 hrs from SC to buy a Mesa Boogie DC-5 and it was worth every mile to get a great amp at a great price. Will definitely be back.

Brought my silver face champ in for a diagnosis. Repair done quickly and expertise on the needed soldering was appreciated.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about my guitar, which was fixed where other repair shops couldn't

I come to Asheville pretty frequently and never get to make it when Heyday is open -- this time I did! I came shopping for pedals. They had a great selection of new and used pedals and at fair prices. I was treated very kindly by all the guys working in there and was treated with the utmost respect and attention. I had a really pleasant experience in there which ultimately led me to nab a pedal I've been trying to track down for awhile. A+ experience! Thanks a ton!!

I love this place, and have bought several pedals here over the years. The staff are super nice and they have great vintage gear and a selection of some of the best new pedals as well. They are very amenable to trying stuff out. Highly recommended!

Super nice guys, very helpful and honest. I have had trouble getting that kind of service in other music stores and these guys truly care about great service and getting you home with the right gear.

Great selection of new and (some) vintage. People walking in to sell their gear. Worth checking out!

Brought my 40’s vintage Electar amp that had many issues and they did a fantastic job repairing it. Brian made it sound great and took the time to explain everything to me. I am so thankful that a shop like this exists to repair vintage amps.

Visited this location today and was initially really excited to see the selection of guitars and hopefully purchase one. Upon arriving, I asked to view a 1973 Fender Stratocaster. The sales person then looked me up and down, crossed his arms, and asked me in a condescending tone, “You have 6500?” Another employee came out and began to treat my wife and I very rudely. After letting them know, Yes I have $6500, they allowed me to view and test the guitar. This was extremely rude of the staff to treat us this way, as I have a very large guitar collection. I have several Murphy Lab Gibson’s and more. This experience turned me off from ever purchasing a guitar from this store. Great job judging someone and losing business.

It’s a cool shop with some cool gear. Prices are pretty high. People there seem to never be in a good mood which kind of kills the vibe

Tried many instruments and amps, pedals too and always very helpful and insightful with great guidance, everyone there wants to help and point you in the right direction. They are legitimately passionate about the guitars and gear they sell. Bought a vintage strat here and couldn't be happier, thanks!!
