I have purchased my last three cars from Hyundai of Asheville. I appreciate their excellent service. Nick and Courtney were very focused on my needs as a buyer, and even followed up with me to make sure I was still happy with my purchases long after I walked out the door. I will continue to bring my business to them and am so appreciative of a car buying experience that isn't filled with predictable or high-pressure sales tactics. The service department gets five stars as well... honest and friendly. Thank you Hyundai of Asheville.

I didn’t think I was going to buy an all electric car, but I did. Jason Young, as well as Jacob and Tiffany were all very nice and helpful. Jason was incredibly knowledgeable about the Ionic 6 and took a lot of time to sit with us and explain how it all works. It will take me longer to learn all the details than it would if I had just bought another gas guzzler, but I am excited to do our bit to move the planet away from dependence on fossil fuels.Oh, and did I mention it has comfortable seating, good stability and handling, great acceleration, and wonderful sound protection from road noise …and …it’s all electric!

Recently got a new vehicle here and my overall experience was really good. Kyle was really upbeat, friendly and understanding. When I was negotiating for my trade in value there were no absolutes (as in immediate no's). Got my vehicle at a fair price (even in an inflated market) with a decent warranty, all while keeping my payment within my preferred price range.

My car didn't get fixed as I would have liked this week, but, my service technician, Maliki, I'm sure I spelled his name incorrectly, explained everything! He was professional, understanding, kind, patient, and courteous. He listened to me and made my concerns important. My car part was ordered and soon to have my Veloster running like new again.

Who, ever thought a car buying experience could be fun? I got exactly the car I wanted at the best price and drove away happy. My sales person, Manny was respectful of my time and was extremely helpful and not only while I was buying the car. He gave me his phone number and told me to call if I ever needed help with my car. Well, I did a week after making my purchase. I had difficulty at a charging station. I called Manny. He answered right away and walked me through the problem I was having until it was resolved. I feel so good about the whole experience and I love driving my Ioniq 6.

The process was seamless from start to finish. My support person Malachi offered so much additional supportive insight on how to care for my Hyundai Accent. He went above and beyond. I am grateful and will also return for my oil changes now as well as all my service needs. I’m grateful for all the staff, from the kind lady who answered my calls, to the technicians who worked on my car as well. The new waiting area is looking great.Happy customer!Sara

We bought our cars at this dealership at 2020 and since then they do maintenance and whatever needs to be done. Everyone I ever had contact with at this location was great. They are on time, clear communication, not pushy. Me as a woman who used to be terrified of this car appointments I feel comfortable and trust them. I would recommend them .

Jacob and Cassie were absolutely amazing. This was the 2nd hyundai elantra our family has purchased from hyundai of asheville. I highly recommend Jacob as the sales person to deal with. He was up front, never pushy and listened to my 18yr old son for what he wanted in a car and the payment he was comfortable with. The whole transaction from test driving to signatures took only 2 hours. We will definitely purchase again from Hyundai of Asheville.Thanks again!The Penlands

They will rip you off on service if you bring a car in for service, expect problems to arise because they do not do their job properly. Brought my car in for a radiator flush, and they failed to fill the radiator fluid to even a minimum level. There was no fluid inside the radiator Reservoir. They have no problem taking money from you just to rip you off. If you issue a complaint about the service they will act like nothing is wrong and treat you like you are an idiot.i had them replace brakes because they were squealing And yet when they inspected the car they told me the brakes were perfectly fine. They will also scratch your car if you bring it in for repair.

From start to finish and beyond, I've had a wonderful experience at Hyundai of Asheville. It was easy to schedule an appraisal of my old van and the salesperson, Lee Adams, helped me find the perfect SUV based on my wants/needs. He was attentive, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I, honestly, originally had no intention of buying a brand new vehicle, but Lee worked with me until we decided on a 2023 Santa Fe at a fantastic price and amazing warranty. To top it off, Lee filled up the gas the day I bought it and filled it again two weeks later!I absolutely love my new car and will happily be a repeat customer in the future. Thanks, Lee!!

The worse service ever. Brought my car in for an oxygen sensor it took a week to get the part. The serviceman could care less that we were on vacation and stuck at our hotel until the car was fixed. We were first told it to be a day or two then no one would return our call when we wanted to know the status of the part. The service person decided he only wanted to speak to my husband which was even more insulting. If you need service on your Hyundai avoid this place -- it is horrible. If you are looking for a new car -- in general their service department here in Asheville N.C. and in Coral Springs Florida are not customer friendly after you have made the purchase.Avoid Hyundai if you want to be treated with respect and not being lied to

I bought a used car from Kyle, who was amazing and professional! Within a hour of leaving the shop I heard a major issue (front axle), and texted him. He made sure it was fixed and paid for! Also, Fred was amazing in the service department, helping me to get it handled fast and effectively. These two gentlemen I will HIGHLY recommend!

I worked with Hannah to buy my first car. Honestly she was a very kind and helpful person. I didn’t feel mislead or lied to like normal. I told them MY price range and they worked the best they could with it. Hannah specifically made me feel heard and was genuine throughout. I also got a sweet new car and a reasonable price!

I shopped around all day and was going home but decided to go to Hyundai of Asheville first...Justin Collis a salesman, came out to greet me and asked if he could help... I explained what I was looking for, and from the moment Justin came out, he was professional and polite. He found a car that fit my budget, and we took it for a test drive...he answered all my questions and made me feel like he really cared about me and that it was not just a sale. I fell in love with the 2019 Hyundai Accent, but informed him I didn't like the center console... When we got back to the lot, he got on the computer and ordered a new console for me... I purchased the car and left...the next day he called to inform me he spoke with my insurance company and had everything taken care of.....OMG I have never had such h great customer service from anywhere.
