They do not have any parking you have too park 2 blocks away for suitable parking. They would not accept us because we were 10 minutes late from the walk and security. They reschedule us weeks away. They don't know how to use their own system on the phone or in person they act incompetent with technology.

I am one of those people who has been frustrated by the inability to talk to a live person BUT TODAY, I actually spoke with someone who was extremely helpful and very patient as he worked with me through my problem. I realize how backlogged the IRS has been with no help from funds having been cut and personnel shortages, but hopefully now with renewed funding, more employees like Mr. Rodrigues will be available to help taxpayers.

Absolutely horrible! No local number, the national phone number is extremely labyrinthine and you have to google to find the steps to talk to a human. Even then its very hard to get to them. When I finally got someone they were very rude and hung up on me. I would try to go by a local office. As they have no real number locally.

I need to get a job with the IRS... You never have to talk to anyone. Absolutely impossible to deal with them. They don't hesitate to take the working class money from our pockets but they NEVER answer the phone!

Phone service is worthless.I called yesterday and was disconnected because of " high volume". Same thing this morning.The automated phone system said my zip code does not exist and hung up. I called to make an appointment and was directed to a website that told me to call that phone number.We deserve a much better service!Is anyone listening?

I live 5 minutes from this location and can't get in nor get to a live person . I haven't received any of my expected taxes since 2019 and I haven't received a single stimulus check. I need help.

I simply wanted a W-7 form. I could be wrong, but I really don't think the "recorded assistant" knows what a W-7 is. I gave this call 1 star because I was actually able to get through to the recording and I did hear something I may need to do. Beyond that, there isn't much encouraging I can about my call.

I was in a coma. Got out of it and I lost my house, car, and everything. I'm disabled and poor so I tried to do my taxes to get my stimulus, but they never answer. The closest office is 55 miles from where I live and I'm scared to get a ride there to just be denied to enter. I don't know what to do.... I just want food to eat and a roof over my head....
