This property was stunning. ❤️❤️❤️We stayed here for 5 nights & absolutely loved it. Our suite was top tier, the bathroom was breathtaking. I loved the floor tile and auto blinds for the huge windows. I also loved how you operate the elevator ?And, most importantly, the room was spotless, clean, and the bed was comfortable. They also offer complimentary happy hour every day. You get a choice of red or white ?? along with free appetizers. We will be back!!!

We visited at the end of February and we had an amazing experience from check in to check out. Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms are wonderful. We were traveling with our dog for the first time ever, and they made us feel so comfortable. We will be back!

Upscale hotel with wonderful, attentive service (thank you Adam). Beautiful room (studio suite) with separate sitting area and bathroom with tub and shower. Attention to detail (locally sourced bath salts/oil, quality soaps, plush robes), good lighting, and fast internet. Safe and fridge in room though strangely no water kettle/coffee maker (available on request). Breakfast is a la carte and high quality. Definitely will return here.

Amazing experience- design, service, room bedroom, food. Adam at the front desk upgraded me to a suite as I was desperate for a bathtub! He was very knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I first discovered this Kimpton for our wedding anniversary and loved our stay! When a work meeting was scheduled for Asheville, I did not hesitate to book Kimpton and recommend it to all my coworkers. Tonight is our last night and I’m so happy to hear how much our team has loved their stay, so much so that they’re considering future meetings here. We’re IHG Diamond and have stayed at several hotels in Asheville, including other IHG brands. Kimpton is far superior in cleanliness, location, pet friendliness, and of course customer service! Because of our original stay here two years ago, we now plan travel around Kimpton locations. Business or pleasure, you won’t regret your stay here.Rooms: Good sized rooms with luxury amenities and great views.Nearby activities: Must visit the Biltmore!Walkability: Several restaurants and shops are within a few minute walk.

The Bargello restaurant was mid. Food was fantastic but service was not. They put the two of us at a very small table that was twelve inches away from a server station so that her butt was in our face every time she had to work on her computer. The sommelier was uncertain with her knowledge of the small wine selection they offered. Also, the menu for the Valentine's fixed offerings said a 20 percent gratuity would be added but when the bill arrived, it actually stated 24 percent.
