This place has much improved. It used to be crowded, long waits, confusing sign in process yet I went in this week and almost zero line, easy check in via my phone and friendly staff. Give them another chance.

Drove my wife to LabCorp for a six veil draw. She booked a 7:30 appointment and was texted at 7:30 on the 28th of July while we were parked in their lot. The Tech had a heart and told stories during the process for greater comfort. A+ Give that kind heart treasure a raise$$$.
