Fast in and out, inventory starting to show signs of supply issues. Small items not being sorted very well (bins all mixed up, hard to find most items) Employees are scarce. Weeks since last review, not much changed, more employees, but inexperienced. Things seem to be better stocked, and the employees more knowledgeable. Still having inventory issues, spoke to a manager and the stock is in the store but the night crew isn't doing their job. Update...still having staff issues, more staff, but if you have any type of technical questions about a project, unfortunately you'll probably know more than an employee...lol. But I guess that's the way it is now, with fast food joints paying 15/18 $ per hour to assemble a burger, doesn't leave much qualified help in the labor market. Sad state of affairs. February 9, inventory is in better shape, still having a staff problem.

As a walk in shopper, I've generally been a happy and satisfied customer. As for their home services (installation of your new dishwasher, flooring etc.) DO NOT, I repeat, do not, and if you didn't follow me the 1st two do not!DO NOT! go through their home services. Multi installations over the years .., didn't (at first, or second or third etc.) learn by our mistakes. For instance: from date of actual purchase of laminate flooring to job complete, 5 months!? NO special order, NO repairs or anything of the sort to be done before the install. STEP AWAY FROM THE Lowes home services dept.

Called to speak to a manager twice and they hung up on me both times. I have a store credit that my father gave to me which is the same name as mine so there is no confusion or deception and they would not allow me to use it. Its only 45 bucks and apparently that 45 dollars is not worth keeping my business. I wish the store manager David Trask would call me back. Seems its small potatoes to them and I am not worth their time. On another note Faith helped me the other day in the store locate a Gas leak detector when 2 other employees gave up. She's the best. Thanks Faith

Trying to find knowlegeable store help to buy a whole house air purifier: encountered 3 store employees and each unable to help. Gave up after 20 minutes. Departments were not busy, midday. Shelves stocked bit really disappointed that nobody able to discuss details if products/operations. Buying local is less & less an option in this town ?

Stopped to buy a dryer , no help any where in the store . Had to yell to get even one employee. The one person that did stop was rude and inconsiderate.I asked to speak to the manger, no manger in the building is what I was told by a 2nd rude employee. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, is an understatement here. Ended up make my 500$ purchase elsewhere. Only took 10 sec to get help from a different store.

I will avoid shopping at this Lowe’s unless I have no other option. I placed an order for a grill on 12/19 that was set to be assembled and ready for pickup on 12/22. I received a notification that the order wouldn’t be ready on time and because it was the holiday season I wasn’t stressed about it. I then received a phone call on 12/23 asking why I had not picked up the grill. I told them about the notification and informed me that it hadn’t been assembled yet; I chose to wait until assembly was complete. Considering the holidays I didn’t call to check on the status of the order until 1/11. I was informed they had one assembled and would hold it for me. I informed them that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until 1/13 due to my work schedule. I then received a phone call today 1/12 asking me if I was coming to pick up the grill.

Thanks for putting open merchandise with parts missing back on the shelf!Was fun figuring out how to install something without the mounting kit or instructions :)

Save your money and time and go elsewhere.Recently bought a new refrigerator and once I got it home realized it had a dent in the door. Customer service said they would schedule a replacement drop off and pick up. On the day of, got a call from the third party logistics company saying they only have record of a pick up. Spent over an hour calling multiple lines trying to figure out what’s going on. Ultimately just asked for a refund as no one could figure it out.Lowe’s customer service seems to have a motto of ‘I don’t know, that’s not my job’. It’s present with almost every associate I engage with from the folks on the floor to the corporate customer service managers. Save yourself the energy, time and frustration and purchase from someone else.

Ordered a gas range and had Lowe's deliver it to my house on 11/5/23. They told me to have a propane company hook up the stove. The soonest I could get any propane company to come hook it up was 12/4/23. As soon as they hooked it up they figured out that the stove has a propane leak due to a manufacture defect. Lowe's told me there is nothing they can do about it, I also bought the 5 year protection plan. That is a complete waste of money. They can not get anyone to come even look at the stove until the end of December. So I can not turn the propane on to my house or cook. I have a $1,000 stove that will kill someone if they use it, or catch my house on fire. All I was told was I hope neither of these happen. Yea, you better hope like hell none of that happens, I will go after everything they have if that is the case.
