Nice cafe inside a cozy bookstore, with super friendly staff and good coffee. The person who served us did some beautiful handwriting for our drinks. Loved it!

Exceptionally talented staff make this indy bookstore one of the best in the US. They also have the best selection of local and artisanal greeting cards.
Malaprop's opened in 1982 and has been an Asheville institution ever since. The coffee shop offers espresso drinks, treats from West End Bakery, and coffee sourced by Counter Culture. We're currently operating out of our new to-go window, with outdoor seating available.
