Andrew was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Since he owns one of the mattresses as a customer, he was not only knowledgeable, but also very understanding to help us pick the right one. Since it’s a big expense, we totally appreciated his patience with us. Would highly recommend to stop by and talk to him. First night with the mattress was absolutely amazing. Thank you!

I like to research major purchases, so I had done a decent amount of homework before I actually ventured into the showroom. Even so, I still didn’t have a firm grasp on what I wanted. Jose took the time to show me multiple options and actually LISTENED to my answers to his questions and guided me to around 6 options that would fit my needs. From there it was just a matter of trying them out and personal preference. He made the entire process painless and was a real pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate the “no pressure” approach as well. I HIGHLY recommend this branch of Mattress Firm and both the location and Jose get 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!
