“Scott answered the phone and helped us out of a pinch with a totally broken condenser on a Saturday night for my 98 year old mom. He brought a replacement at 10pm, I agree with the other review, Scott rocks. However, customer service durning week is impossible, nobody answers the phone, and then its an answering service, we are still waiting for our POC to get parts (charging cord) it only works in the car. Before Covid, Linacre was exemplary in service, I think they are suffering like many companies post-Covid finding people wanting to work ...just sayin'.”

Aeroflow Urology was able to get the brand I wear most often (Tranquility ATN) and my care team helped navigate that process. When I have had questions, I always get accurate information right away and they remember who I am and our last conversations! I speak to Brittany most often and she is amazing!My order reminders every month are helpful and I never need to worry about running out of diapers or not changing as often as necessary because of that or cost.
