I HAVE BEEN WITH NATIONAL SEATING AND MOBILITY FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS, THEY HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION, THEY ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENTS!! I HAVE HAD ONLY 2 CHAIR TECHNICIANS
IN THAT TIME WORK ON MY POWER WHEEL CHAIR BOTH EXCELLENT!! I WOULD RECOMMEND NATIONAL TO OTHERS!!!

I am not a customer of National Seating & Mobility. However, I’ve heard customer service representative Melissa handle customer calls. She is caring, attentive to the needs of customers, goes the extra mile to make sure they are helped. She gives “old fashioned”, real customer service.

As a PCT, I have a client who has a power wheelchair. When one of their technicians, Kevin, came by to repair the wheelchair, he was very polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job, and I would recommend NSM to anyone.
