The nurses here are great! Terri, the nurse-practitioner who treated me was definitely knew what she was doing and was super kind. Plus she was able to insert an IV line into my very tricky veins on the first try!

yesterday evening i came in with constant excruciating pain in my lower “area”. the staff was nice but not the most welcoming. the nurse practitioner that i got was the sweetest most kind one i could’ve gotten but was the least helpful. i told her of the pain and pointed out where/what everything was, and she said she didn’t see anything and that nothing was out of the ordinary. i thought maybe hemorrhoids, i got an unnecessary rectal exam and told that NOTHING was out of the ordinary and that i have “no problems or issues” down there. i cant sit stand or walk or lay without being in pain, it’s constant. i ended up in the er last night and IMMEDIATELY found out i had herpes. the nurse said it was extremely obvious and i was immediately prescribed medication to help. i’m very upset that it went unnoticed and i could’ve been in a lot more trouble than i am now after being in the er. i was misdiagnosed and got unnecessary treatment. if someone doesn’t know what it is or how to treat it, send them to a different place or the er. do not misdiagnose them.

Everyone was so cordial and smiled. I didn't have to wait very long. The nurse practitioner diagnosed me quickly.

Excellent staff from the front desk, to Dana the person that took me in and the excellent provider that listened to my problem and diagnosed it very well. They even recommend to me a pharmacy next door that filled my prescriptions promptly as well because the pharmacy I normally use is closed on weekends.

I came to Mercy Care with a very seriously infected medusa piercing I had tried to remove myself for two days. It was excruciating. Daisy and Terry worked tirelessly to make me feel safe as they dealt with a tedious emergency surgical procedure on the spot at once. As a person with C-PTSD I needed a lot of reassurance and support. I won't forget their teamwork and swiftness in providing me excellent Healthcare when I came in after having a hard time asking for help last week due to trust issues. I highly recommend Mercy Care!

Everyone, from the woman who checked me in to the nurse who did my vitals, the nurse who took my x-rays, and the doctor that helped me was kind, informative, and patient. Would recommend 10/10.

I was pretty ill when I came in. The biggest issue I had was that there was someone with another patient who had a service dog. I was presenting with fever and headaches and nausea and had to add asthma and hives to the mix. I felt like the caregivers were quality and took good care of me. It’s just unfortunate that there was no allowance for a sick person having to sit in the waiting room with a major allergen. I totally get service dogs but this was not the patient with one, but the patient’s companion.

Very easy to book an appointment online. The staff is very attentive and polite. Most importantly they stabilized my rapidly advancing illness on a Saturday when I couldn’t see my own doctor and set me on a path to recovery.

Went for a sinus infection. I’ve had them before, however this one was horrible. Was told to lots drink water and take Sudafed. Felt worse the next day and called back. At this point I had a small fever and face was killing me with pressure. They told me there’s nothing else they would do for me. Went to a family doctor and prescribed me nasal spray along with antibiotic. Said do not take the Sudafed. Never again.
