Laughing at myself because I've never posted a review of a retail store and I don't shop at Walmart in general but I needed an emergency supply and ran in here for a toilet plunger. Ha ha...omg. Please tell me this isn't a normal Walmart because it was gross. I entered thru the Garden Center because its where I parked. What a depressing sight. All the flowers and plants dried and dead. What an embarrassment. Two guys working that area. One on register, one at the door greeter. Does anyone know how to operate a hose???? Turning left, I found the DIY section. Yup, I'm unplugging a toilet myself, so hey, aptly named department. But meanwhile, walking back to the register....WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUK??? This store is in complete disarray. It's like, hey we have product and we have shelves. Throw them all up in the air and let them land where they want. There is no way those employees take any pride in working there. Poor management. Has to be. But, if you need a plunger quick, $3.97. Otherwise, go to Target or Ace Hardware.

This is a review of the bakery. First I will start off with a positive statement (and the only reason this is a 2 and not a 1). The young lady who took the order initially was great and very helpful. NOW we ordered a cookie cake for my moms 50th birthday, which is a special birthday. We got a text that the cookie cake was ready and about 30 minutes later we went to pick it up. No one was at the bakery and after waiting 10 minutes I walked over to the deli to find help. Employees saw me and completely avoided me. When another customer came up they helped them and then after helping them asked me if I needed help. I told them I was here to pick up the cookie cake and a guy in the back said "oh that's me I work in the bakery." (Okay so why the fuck are you chillin in the deli section?) Anyways we walked over and he handed me the cookie cake. It looked like a project from the show nailed it. Nothing special. I could have made it look better then what they did. I know this is only Walmart, but I've had cookie cakes made from other Walmarts before and at least they put some effort in it. It was very disappointing and embarrassing to bring that as the birthday "cake" for a 50th birthday.

Was treated extremely poorly by a cashier. She was literally the ONLY open register and said that we needed to have 20 items or less to go through her lane, but there was not another line open. She was extremely rude and said we needed to figure something out. While we were offering to break up our cart to satisfy her demands she kept looking at here watch and sighing. Hearing the situation, a nice cashier named Jarrod stepped in and offered to open a register to check us out.

If you are looking for the Roku Ultra or Roku Stick, the clerk at this location, which I visited in person, told me they don't have them. They only have the Roku Express. Found this out AFTER going to Walmart on line to check if they had the Stick and Ultra in stock at this location which the on line site indicated they did. Don't trust it.

We were amazed at how terribly we were treated at the customer service over our money gram. She told us it was fake and didn't want to get someone else to help her. It wasn't fake. We were there for an hour and a half. The manager didn't know how to help us either. Finally when we asked her to try and cash it, she got it to work. They were so confused and never apologized. They treated us like we were doing something wrong. I wouldn't recommend it after talking to 4 managers and no Ken apologized for their employee or knew how to help.

I stop by here more than often for office and household supplies. This last time the Electronics department was very helpful in matching up universal printer toner for my older office printer. Saved me a bundle!

This location gets 5 stars because of their service. Lots of staff around store for questions when needed and lots of friendly cashiers and all registers open, the cashiers are always ready and you never have to wait to pay. Staff is on point here. The arden store is bigger but has less staff and makes people wait at the self checkout instead of opening more registers, I'm beginning to hate the arden store because of that.

I'm giving this Walmart 5 Stars because of its employees. I need to put a serious shout out to everyone who works at this Walmart. These folks are NICE. Really REALLY nice. But I have a special appreciation for Trellis, the cashier who straight talks about life like a zen master minus all the kooky riddles-- and never fails to make me smile. I love me some Trellis, she rules. Someone please notice that this woman is a customer service treasure, a huge asset to your store and just plain awesome.

The employees are rude and constantly acting as if they have somewhere better to be. They don't exactly, "Do their job", if you will. It is not a pleasure shopping here.

As a former NYer I had never visited a Walmart SUPER CENTER. NO SHIT. we don't have them in NYC. Let's just say I was impressed. From camo gear (shorts, hat and boxers) all of which I purchased to grated Mexican cheese blends Walmart has it all. I don't necessarily agree with their attitude towards employees, and their stuff is never the best quality but there is something uniquely American about a store where you can buy guns and fills your rxs at the same time. There isn't really much more to say than that. This place has it all, on the cheap. Take advantage when you need to but try to shop local and make a difference. Walmart will always be there as a last resort.

It's not the biggest Walmart I have been to but it has most items you might need in a pinch. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
