The owner was extremely nice and helpful. We had a roofing nail in our tire. They took care of us, even with a booked schedule! Their mascot was adorable!

Had a flat tire. They were open on Sunday, got me in right away, found the issue immediately, repaired the tire, and got me in and out all at extremely reasonable price and never tried to upsell me on new tires or other stuff I didn't need. Plus had wifi in the waiting area so I could knock a few other things out at the same time ?

My mom and I were in Asheville on a mother-daughter getaway, about 4 hours from home and an itinerary full of things we wanted to do. Somewhere along the way, we managed to pick up a screw in our tire which caused a flat. The tires weren't too old so my husband wanted us to take it to the chain tire place we had bought them where the repair would be under warranty. Well, the nearest one was around 10 miles away, Mr. Tire was right around the corner, and her and I being the stubborn Tauruses we are didn't want to wait for a tow from AAA. So we got it to Mr. Tire without damaging the wheel (thankfully!) and asked the guys if they could just put the donut on for us since the tire was under warranty elsewhere, I had every intention of paying them for their time. The guys ended up just going ahead and patching the tire for us for free so we could get on our way to doing whatever was on my mom and my agenda for our visit to the area. We're so very greatful for their kindness, especially this time of year ? ❤️ Bless and take care!

Purchased two tires a few months back. When I purchased the tire I purchased the road hazard warranty. Fast-forward 9000 miles later ran over something on the road took the tire there. They said they could not repair it. Had to replace it. Apparently their road hazard warranty is only a prorated, so they charged me more than I originally paid for the tire a few months ago. What a worthless warranty runaway from this tire company.

They did a good job on mount and balance it’s higher price then most places im use to. Took about 2 hrs to install after a scheduled appointment. Friendly staff. They almost forgot my tire that I wanted to keep. I brought my own tires to the shop I wanted to have installed. Out the door for mount and balance cost $160.00 my vehicle don’t have tire pressure monitor system. All in all I probably will go with a mom and pop next time but no complaints I just like to save money if I can. I just hope they pay there techs good.

I work in human resources and I visited the Mr Tire on Patton Avenue recently. While there I noticed some things that were shocking. I feel corporate representatives should be aware. While in the store it was busy. I noticed the man who said he was manager kept answering the phone and working hard. The assistant, did no work. She acted as if every customer was a nuisance. I also noticed if a male customer walked up she at least spoke. When a woman approached she was busy. I was in line and I noticed the manager, who has a very long beard and the assistant manager who at first glance I thought was an older man. She is a woman. At first I saw her rubbing on the manager's arms. It made me so uncomfortable. It appeared to make him uncomfortable too. Once I was the customer at the counter, I saw her rub his beard in what I would describe as an act of affection. Having managers and assistants who openly are in relationships is a legal nightmare for this company. I would do a full audit of just what exactly is happening here. Sexual harassment is a very real thing. Also, the assistant was perhaps the rudest human I have encountered in a professional setting. Or what should be professional.

A couple of weeks ago as I was going through Asheville my car broke down and was towed to you. I was by myself and it was quite the ordeal. Kevin and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything in detail and gave me recommendations. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you so much !

We were driving home from Asheville to Louisville when one of our wheels started to rattle. To our horror we discovered 3 of the 5 lug nuts on one of our tires had snapped off and the tire was now hanging on for dear life. It was late Saturday afternoon and the prospects of us getting home before Monday were starting to look slim since most places were closed the next day (Sunday). In comes Mr. Tire, and we spoke with Kevin at around 4pm and he said to bring the car in. We were told he could have it done Sunday most likely if they had the parts, which sounded like the best offer at the moment. We arrived at 5:09, and to my surprise he said they could have it done by 6pm (closing time). He told us where the Krispy Kreme was and we sat there and had donuts until it was fixed! What could have been a whole ordeal was swiftly fixed by Kevin and the mechanics at Mr. Tire. We arrived safely at home before midnight Saturday and we are so extremely thankful! Definitely don’t hesitate to visit Kevin and the wonderful guys at Mr. Tire!

Above board and amazing service. Out of town visitors to Asheville and we got a brake fluid light warning. No one ever wants to get stuck on vacation with a car issue. They took care of us quickly, efficiently and didn't take advantage of us or the situation. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I can hardly contain my frustration as I recount my harrowing experience with Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers in Asheville, NC. This is a cautionary tale, a narrative of incompetence, poor service, and blatant disregard for customers' time, money, and basic decency. As labor intellectual Cesar Chavez once said, "The fight is never about grapes or lettuce. It is always about people." Sadly, at Mr. Tire, it seemed they forgot this fundamental truth. My ordeal began when I brought my vehicle to Mr. Tire for what should have been a routine tire replacement. Little did I know that this would turn into a never-ending nightmare. The trouble started with the receptionist, an elderly woman who greeted me with all the warmth of a particularly frosty iceberg. Her curt demeanor and complete lack of customer service skills left me wondering how she managed to keep her job.But the receptionist's rudeness was just the tip of the iceberg in this sorry tale. It didn't take long for me to realize that the biker owner, whose leather-clad presence loomed large in the shop, had a sinister side hustle that was as nefarious as they come. It reminded me of what the great labor thinker Mother Jones once said, "Pray for the dead and fight like hell for the living."As I waited for what felt like an eternity, they finally got to my car, only to discover that they had ordered the wrong size of tires. How does a supposedly professional auto service center mess up such a fundamental aspect of their job? The mind boggles. But wait, it gets worse. Not only did they order the wrong tires, but they also failed to inform me of this fact until I showed up for my appointment. Cue another round of waiting while they scrambled to correct their mistake. I can't emphasize enough how little regard they showed for my time.As if that weren't enough, I learned the shocking truth about the owner's complete lack of professionalism. In the middle of botching a state inspection on my vehicle, I overheard him muttering something about needing to visit his wife at a donut shop. Apparently, he felt the urge to cuss her out for getting too close to her brother-in-law. It was a surreal and utterly unprofessional experience, to say the least. In the words of labor activist Eugene V. Debs, "While there is a lower class, I am in it; while there is a criminal element, I am of it; and while there is a soul in prison, I am not free." At Mr. Tire, it felt like I was imprisoned by their incompetence and lack of ethics.Once the correct tires were finally in their possession, I thought my misery was over. Oh, how wrong I was. Their technicians proceeded to work at a pace that could only be described as glacial. I'm convinced that I could have changed those tires myself with a teaspoon and still finished faster. The icing on the cake came when they handed me the bill. The price they charged me for their monumental blunders was nothing short of highway robbery. It was as if they had taken a marker and drawn a dollar sign on my forehead. In summary, Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers in Asheville, NC, is a disgrace to the world of automotive services. Their incompetence, lack of communication, and exorbitant pricing are an affront to anyone seeking reliable and honest car maintenance. And let's not even get started on the receptionist's rudeness, the owner's shady side hustle, and his bizarre state inspection escapade. Do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment like the plague. Your sanity, time, and wallet will thank you. Remember the words of labor intellectuals who fought for fairness and justice – your voice matters, and so does your choice of service providers.

Incredibly helpful people here. Had a leaking front tire on a Sunday. They took the car in immediately. Gary found a crack in the rim which is usually a job only for rim welders. He managed to stop the leak and got us to our final destination more than 300 miles ahead. Thank you Gary!

They over torqued my lug nuts when they rotated and balanced my tires on 9/2. Yesterday, 9/8, they told me to go to their Waynesville location, then they couldn’t get them off so I brought it back to the Patton location where the Manger behind the desk, Kevin Kirton, started telling me “See me in court” because they won’t admit to over torquing and stripping my lug nuts. Never come here unless you want to be offered a lawsuit. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for someone offering a service.

Totally unprofessional. They forget to write down appointments and then blame the customer for their incompetence.Friends later told me that this place is notorious for their ineptitude and the bearded manager for his sleaziness. There are many good places for tires in the area, go elsewhere.

Was visiting Asheville for the weekend and my tire unexpectedly got a hole in it. I got it towed to Mr Tire the night before and they promptly fixed my tire the next morning after they opened. Took them about 15-20 min and I was back on the road heading home. Great service and understanding people!
