We had a work truck with tire issues, and NTC was able to get fixed up at a very fair price! They were also able to work us in very quickly, which is a big deal as we rely on the truck to get our work done. Great experience, highly recommend working with them for any and all tire needs.

This place deserved 5+ stars! Locals probably know this place well. It’s the most friendly, efficient, customer oriented tire shop we have ever been to. Everyone knows their job and work together as a team to get customers in and out. Prices are beyond fair. Highly recommended if you ever need help with tires.

I have been coming here for over 6 years and they're always super efficient, hard working, and fair. They will ALWAYS give you the best price of any service or product, and in the most professional way possible. I have been to over a dozen mechanics/ tire shops and this place makes sure there's absolutely no question that those other places don't even come close.
In 2024, with the economy- workers getting underpaid and overworked anywhere and everywhere- the service all over has gotten terrible, and it's partly justified... But the people at Newbridge have been consistently awesome no matter what has happened. And that means a lot these days.

Absolutely the best tire shop in Asheville. Have been a loyal customer for years. He has taken excellent care of me over the years. When we first met many years ago we had a small misunderstanding about a set of new tires I had bought from him. I rode them for about a month before I mentioned my issue with the tires, I knew that it had been too long but i still decided to call him anyway to discuss my issue, and he informed me that he didnt have to do it but he chose to give me a brand new set of tires and i was much happier with the look of the 2nd set. Ever since that day I thought to myself, Wow. No one in a million years would have ever done that for me. But this guy Travis did. So if your looking for the right tire place to go. You found it cause he will take good care of you too!

I can't speak for their full services but if the way they treated me is any indication of their standard practices, you'll be in good hands! I was helping my daughter move into a new apartment and my moving dolly had a blow out on the tire valve. When I walked in the door the place was packed. A very nice gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Im guessing he is the owner or manager) asked me what I needed. I told him I just needed a tire valve and I would fix it myself. He grabbed the dolly and took it in the shop. Less than 5 minutes later it was back in my hands. I asked what I owed and he said "no charge, I've been there before". You can bet if I'm back in the area and need work done, they have my business. Thanks for the assistance Newbridge Tire.

Newbridge tire center is always crowded when I drive by. I needed a tire pressure sensor replaced and arrived at 7:30 on a Friday morning and they already had four or five clients waiting. At 8:00, they took us in the order we arrived and by 8:35 I was on my way .
When I offered to pay, they said to test it out over the weekend and pay on Monday. I haven't been treated this way in a long time, and I was very impressed. Add to this that they had no idea what my name was. I dropped by today (Monday), paid them and left a nice tip.
They don't seem to take appointments, so be prepared to arrive early and wait several hours.
I would definitely go there again.

This place is awesome! Came in with a leaking tire and my two kids in the car. They had me patched up and out the door in less than 20 min. Great customer service, great pricing!
