I have been going to him for about two/ three years now for my oil changes and he is super friendly, quick, and the most honest and hardworking man. He does have a line sometimes, it’s first come first serve, keep in mind..it’s a one man show!! he’s super quick, honest, and He genuinely cares about you and your car and he’s just an amazing human.

“This business is local. 3 generations!!!! The service was fairly quick. I did have to leave my car with them for some hours, BUT I called the day I needed service, they SQUEEZED ME INTO an already busy day. Took GREAT care of my vehicle. Did NOT try to overcharge me for anything. I WILL be returning to them. It is RARE these days to find trustworthy places to take your vehicle and I would say YES this is a trustworthy place.. “We had an old family car, 2008 Volvo XC90, that needed a lot of work, but was worth keeping because we live in Louisiana and the AC worked! Jason got the old car up and running terrifically for a reasonable price and explained what was necessary and what was not to make it safe. Drove the car from NC to Louisiana in the blistering heat and the car never missed a lick. Highly recommend!”

(Still wishing they would just replace valve stems when installing new tires or at least give the customer the option to purchase new valve stems at an addition fair price.)

I purchased 4 new tires from them. Left and realized the tire pressure was super low in one tire. Had to go back another day and waited over 11/2 hours to have them replace a valve stem. I didn't have this problem with the old tires..Then they charged me $38 for it.
I'm sorry , but any reputable tire business replaces the valve stems when putting new tires on .. or at the very least checks them and replaces them if they look damaged with a small charge added to the new tire cost.... So now I spent over $700 on new tires with 3 remaining old valve stems that might have to be replaced one day soon considering they have a lifespan of 3-6 years.”
“I stopped by thus Valvoline location a few days ago. Jay's teams (of which I met Gale, Jaxson, and Matt) were all exceedingly wonderful. Gale was my main attendant and they really walked me through everything with my car while still keeping the visit surprisingly, Super Speedy. Everyone gave me lots of info and educated me about my car in a super comfortable manner. Overall, great team and amazing service. Again, Gale was a delight.”

“They were truly Angels today. ?? Willis, Josh and Keith were truly Amazing for me. They helped me in a dire situation. I was running on my donut because my tire got a flat during the hurricane in Asheville and I'm a CNA Med Aide Nurse helping out more than one place right now trying to get to so many places help and they were not even open and the three Angels truly helped me in a awful situation. I truly can't thank you guys enough. They fixed everything, even checked my tires. I will always go to you in the future and now so will my mother as well. Again, you were truly Amazing ? and I can't thank you enough for saving my tire and checking the others. Your Angels ? ✨️”
“We are from out of state and got a flat tire half home after business hrs. So we had to stop at a hotel. Then came here first thing in the morning. This gentleman who greeted us (Nathan), i think. was so kind with great customer service skills. It was probably the same guy who we spoke with on the phone yesterday who was so patient and helpful. It's hard to find mechanics/car shop workers who aren't grumpy ?. So he deserves a shot out! Thanks, Nathan!”
