Asheville Orange Theory is awesome! I feel so good every time I leave. I like that you can be competitive but it's really with yourself. The workouts are challenging but that you can take it at your own pace and no one is pushing you to go farther than your limits. I really like that you have so many different things that you do in a workout - running, rowing, weights etc. Splats for the win!

Best thing I could have done for myself. The coaches are amazing the workouts are challenging but doable and different everyday. I leave there dropping in sweat and I LOVE IT! Everytime I go I feel supported by other people that are there as well as by the coaches.

The encouragement from the coaches is what I like the most. Coach Christy is the absolute best! She checks in with the new people and makes sure they’re understanding how to use the equipment, she corrects your form, and checks in with you (if needed) at the end of the workout. Overall, the entire staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the policies and program. Top tier for sure!

This is absolutely unprofessional and distasteful… as an avid gym goer I will never set foot in an Orangetheory after seeing this out of YOUR location.

Great studio. Great staff. Classes always tend to be pretty full so make sure you book in advance.

I had a business trip for the week near Asheville, so off to the one and only studio. Both workouts were great. The staff was friendly, the studio was consistent with the OTF vibe, and both coaches, Drew and Gina were both excellent. Until next time!

The best part of my day is my hour at OTF Asheville! OFT templates are a great combo of cardio and weight lifting. The coaches are always motivating and there to help. If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend giving it a go! Orange Theory has a great community ❤️

I love OTF and I have been a member since 2016. I travel a lot and drop into studios all over. I came into this studio for a morning class on 8/16/22... This was not a great experience for me, which is so strange after seeing how friendly everyone in asheville is. It started from the moment I walked up to enter the building... There was a handwritten note taped to the window that said something along the lines of "We love our staff, be nice to them or you will be asked to leave- management" . I was right away thinking... well this studio must be experiencing some sort of drama. I have never been to this studio, but was not given any paperwork to fill out, asked for my cc or greeted as someone who was new to their space. The instructor never once looked at me during class or even asked my name. I have ALWAYS had such great intros to new studios and instructors when visiting so i felt very isolated from the start. The instructor told us all to come on into the room and give her an elbow bump. I had never been here but she was on her phone looking down not even paying attention to us coming in or greeting us. I said good morning and she said it back but didnt even look up from her phone. This coach is also pregnant and couldn't perform any of the demos and instead called out another member to help her teach V ups.... the member got embarrassed and said "I dont even think i can do those" but the coach said to try... the member couldn't do them and I felt terrible for her as she seemed like she was put on the spot. THEN a member 1 tread down from me fell off the treadmill... I mean HARD. her whole body hit the moving belt. She got up and was ok, but the coach just kept coaching and came and checked on her once she got back up and was running again. We all checked on her, but why didn't the coach run over?? I was so floored by all of this. By the end of class I stayed late to stretch and the coach along with the front dest staff came in to chat with each other along with a few other members who stuck around... they sat there and gossiped talking negatively about other members and saying such nasty things. This is where I learned what the note taped to the front door was about, and the names of members who were the reason behind this note. This was such a bad experience, and I cannot believe this coach along with the other staff were speaking this way while members were present. I hope this instructor and front desk crew learn that it is so unprofessional to speak about others and build the drama.
